Wake up call part II

Wake up call part II

Postby Fidel Castro » Mon Dec 26, 2011 4:56 pm

Whilst we were laughing and mocking the rags about their 'wake up call' and how shit they were playing, the cunts have clawed their way back and are now on equal points and our amazing goal difference has almost vanished.

I knew I was getting too cocky and carried away, let's hope they do have another dip in form cos I will be getting A LOT of shit thrown back in my face if we let those fuckers get ahead of us again

I was just about to post something similar.

For a team that is apparently shite. They are doing well to be level with us.

Until the league is ours I suggest that we keep our mouths shut regarding their demise. I've been posting on this board for five years now and every year is the year they are apparently on the brink of demise. Every year they normally win more than we do.

What do you expect when half of their league games are friendlies?

Too late for that, losing is not an option.

It's shit like this that make us sound like bitter nobs, sorry.
Were we amazing vs Stoke or did they just roll over for us?

Stoke didnt try a leg against us. We have had countless games where we have scored 4 or more. Our goal difference is still better than them so that suggest we also play alot of friendlies.

That is only one example and that games was home. If we would had played on Britannia we would had a hell of a game and i think we will have in may. On the other hand, they rolled over teams at their homes, teams that had great games with us (QPR, Everton), teams that stood and watched them score and score.
There isn't a wake up call, imho, but the "respect" that you know who receives from other managers. We are far the best team in the league and this is a realistic attitude, but our games are 200 % harder than our title rivals.

Think they held the scum to a draw at the Britannia didn't they?
Also, we haven't even played Everton away this season!

Why not nip on Red Issue & tell them, then phone in Talksport & let them know ?

We have played better than the rags pretty much all season. They were lucky to catch the fixtures the way they have & that nobody got stuck into them when they were on their knees. If for instance, they had played today's WBA team (frsh from a morale boosting victory at Newcastle) a week after losing to us, they would most likely have dropped points. If they had to pay Martin Oneil's Sunderland, they may have dropped points, but they didn't they played Steve Bruce's. That also had a home game after every CL game (in their shitty group) & still got knocked out. Everything that could go for them fixtures & form wise has gone for them but they are not top of the league, they are second & they have to come to our place.

I'm sure though, that with the help of the media & sections of City fans desperate to build up their confidence & dent ours they can give it a good go.

Perhaps there just a section of City fans who have become a tad bored of hearing how shite they are and ending up with egg on our face.

It has been neck and neck all season and the only time we have been much better than them all season is when we played them. We went 5 points clear that day and now it is level which suggest they have been in better form than us since then.

They came up against an in form Wigan against a manager who has actually called out the Fergie clique?

Everything that has gone for them? They have lost quite a few of their better players of late.

I've listed some of the things that have gone for them. Are you saying I'm wrong ?

Just as a matter of interest, did you actually watch any of their performances in those games after the 1-6 ? I said last week; I thought they played quite well v wolves & QPR & I thought Stoke rolled over for us but when they played v Sunderland etc they were fucking abysmal & Sunderland rolled over & died. When we are shit, we are shit yet when the rags are shit; it's all part of a cunning plan. Well imo, they are fucking lucky to be were they are & part of the reason is that teams rolled over for them when they were there for the taking. So long as everyone continues to perpetuate the myth of their invincibility, then the next potential bad spell they hit will also be made easier for them. They will hit another potential bad spell & be vulnerable to results like ours today but I have no confidence in teams to hold it together & do a job on them.

We will probably have to do it again. I think tey once won the league without beating anybody who was remotely any good, which says it all really; the dregs raised their game v the others & folded v the rags.

Didn't say you were a rag, just someone who can't wait to start a thread keeping their myth alive, within fucking seconds of the first opportunity to do so. Some City fans choose to do shit like that & then say the rest of us will be embarrassed because we slag them off. I say Red Issue & Talksport will be full of people who agree with you & can't wait to do the same. Why not go for it ?

So far they have beat Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal quite easily. Outwith us thats the top five.

Were United the only team Sunderland under Bruce rolled over for? I seem to recall they lost to quite a few teams far worse than United.

I for the record, think we will win the league. I just wont be blaming others if we dont.

I only saw one question in your previous post. Did I watch them post the derby game? No. I am not obsessed with them so unless they are involved in a big game or against us I have zero interest in watching them.

The rags certainly got a stroke of fortune playing Spuds, Arse and Chavs the time they did. All 3 were in disarray. Had that been during the following month they would have dropped points. At least 2 and maybe more.
Just hope that isn´t the difference. All will be revealed in good time

I will give you that Arsenal were in a disarray.

Chelsea went to OT undefeated and player very well.

We played Spurs in the same week so I guess we were lucky as well.

As you say, All with be revealed in good time. I wont be running my mouth off until it is all said and done.
