Situation with Dzeko:

Sometimes dzeko comes out or does not play, which is understandable. I think aguero is in better form now (at least for English style of play) But I also think that Mancini should let him play a bit more then last 10 minutes of the game, because that is not even enough to warm him up... And yeah.. Be easy on paulus people, bosnians are too emotional, don't take him too seriously!!

Hi Dendza, we have had the situation before with "player" fans and most are not supporters of the club and do not become long term supporters. There are always exceptions and those who are committed to coming into the blue fold for the long haul are very welcome as far as I am concerned!

Its becoming more apparent that Balo and Aguero are Mancini's main guys up front. Dzeko will come in as a substitute, or a third striker for cup ties, and the Europa League, with occasional minutes in the Prem sprinkled in, maybe even the occasional start.

Thats fine but I don't see Dzeko staying here long term if that happens. Its a shame because he's a more complete player than Balotelli, and a better team player.

Would agree with that. I don't think Balo and Aguero play well together (although there have been improvements), and am surprised that Bob has stuck with the pairing for so long. I'd play Balo as a lone striker in front of a creative midfield with Milner or Yaya providing strength, or Aguero and Dzeko as a pair with a bit of extra flair down the wing (REALLY surprised at how little game time Mancini has given Dzeko and Johnson together, but then even more surprised with how underwhelming the performances of both have been when it has happened).

Thing is, I really can't see where Dzeko would go except Italy. Now it's basically a B-list league (with only 3 teams entering the Champions' League), it's quite a heavy gamble for a player to take moving there, as no team is guaranteed CL football any more.

Bob has a rotation policy. If Dzeko plays to the same level as Aguero & Balotelli then he will get a similar number of games. They tend to be good or average, Dzeko tends to be good or fucking terrible. If he cuts out the 'fucking terrible' he will play just as many games as the other two. He will get another chance to prove his case very soon.

Technically the Aguero and Dzeko combination yielded much better results.

I don't really see the difference. If you hate every other club in England apart from City (who you are a fan of, when all things are considered, because a Bosnian currently plays for them), then it suggests that you have a bit of a problem with English football generally - City too, probably, before Dzeko arrived. I can understand hating the Rags, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal - but Norwich, or QPR, or Wolves (etc)? City are, and always have been my team, but that doesn't mean I can't have soft spots for other clubs, and I do. Not that many of those teams are in the top two divisions, mind.

i think you got me wrong, i do love english football just not a big fan of the best clubs in it. To be honest with you i started watching city last year. Anyways i don't care what someone thinks, even if someone's cheering for a club because of a player in it , its better then not to cheer for it at all.

hope that explains it
