I thought Taggart said it didn't even start until Spring.

Taggart is a liar who likes to scare teams into believing Utd become invincible. Unfortunately it works on some teams & quite a few City fans, hence we have to make sure we do the job ourselves rather than looking at points totals & expecting to get favours from other teams.

I think we're well on the way to doing it ourselves with no outside help, afterall, we have been doing this very thing all season.

We're actually going through a pretty dodgy spell away from home. The season will depend on us putting it right almost immediately; if it goes on much longer, a gap will appear the other way. Our current away form is not title winning form at all. Hopefully, this is our 'blip' & we can regain our early season away fluency, which hasn't been seen since before QPR.

Aye mate, this is the period when I thought we may slip due to the busy period and us looking at the rush of games in Jan. However, I'm not sure our away form is as bad as suggested. We've had 5 wins, 3 draws and 1 dubious loss. Although there's been a couple of great results away from home there has also been some close ones. Bolton and QPR went to the wire with Fulham and Liverpool forcing us to drop points that we shouldn't have; Chelsea was in the same vein.

The truth is, we have been immense so far, the simple fact is that United have had to play out of their skin to match us. If they'd not been scoring 5 a game and the teams had actually got a chance to play them then the table may have looked even better.

Put it this way, when we beat them comprehensively it forced Taggart to change his tactics and ensure his team were more reserved afterwards. Once he went out of the CL and realised we were getting away from him he had to change his tactics again and make sure they stepped up to catch up on the points. It's us who are dictating the league at the moment and it's Taggart playing catch-up. We haven't had to up our tempo so far where he has had to change on a couple of occassions which could arguably be where all his injuries are resulting from.

Mancini's stuck to the game plan, Taggart has had to adapt, but it's only a matter of time until we step it up a gear and really see how far he can take that squad. We'll have a better handle on it come the end of Jan and the end of Feb. If we're there or thereabouts by these times we'll be well within sight of taking the League Title away from him and him being resigned to handing it over to the one true Manchester team.

Monkey Boy and Ade could've just saved my chances in the Fantasy League, at least in the cup game anyway.
