I'm not saying that because I'm french but Hazard is the real deal.
Each year he always improved from last season. He's definitely world class to beat his man, good finisher, not bad at set pieces. He's the real best player in France at 21 just like what Benzema was when he was at Lyon (and unlike Nasri at Marseille). We have a very difficult league, it's definitely not on Spain or England level but it's a difficult one (we're in the same range than German and the declining Serie A), where team plays we stacked midfield and defense (even at home) and definitely not talentedtrickyplayers-friendly. The only players I saw make the type of stuff he does off my memory are Ronaldinho, Ribery and Benzema (I know I didn't see this here but on many football forum I saw people talking about them, Nasri and Gourcuff were NEVER on the same level as those aforementioned).
The real team who has an edge on him, is Real Madrid because Zidane was his idol and Zidane is a real fan of him and basically with his aura (and fund from Florentino) he can basically get any player coming from France like what he did with Benzema and Varane (ahead of rags). Real Madrid has clearly his preference but Hazard stated many times he would like to play in a big team but he doesn't mind if it's in Italy, Spain or England. So it depends if Real really wants him or not.
That being said, Hazard said he would like a team with many francophones, I think Kompany helped him to solve out his problems with his NT coach and it's known that Vieira scouted him...
