Sunderland hit us on the break after packing there box for 20+ minutes. Utterly sickening, thank fuck the others around us dropped a bollock yesterday.
the linesman was about a yard off the play and was clearly afraid to put the flag up because he was trailing the play. He fucked up big time.
Need for instant replay? it works in American Football really really well, but it's a stop start game so the added breaks don't create a continuity challenge.
This is the case. The lino had plenty of time to get into position & didn't. It would have been an easy decision. It's simply not good enough. For all our faults, a point is a point & that was a clear cut simple decision to make if the bloke had been doing his job properly. If that cost us it will be a fucking disgrace.

Its because aguero goes lookin for the ball and gives 100% while dzeko just waltzes arould doing fuck all lazy cunt
they're different kind of players. dzeko is the target man, aguero is different, he creates chances for himself more and moves more. Dzeko played good in my opinion

Sunderland and plenty of others against us even at home defend deep and don't commit many forward when they attack. It's all very well saying play the ball forward more quickly but they keep plenty of men back to cover a quick breakaway. It's joyless miserable football but it's all O' Neill has with the players at his disposal. In the circumstances we have to be patient working the ball and trying to get them off balance. You're not going to create many chances and you have to be clinical when they come around. We're going through a lean patch in front of goal that's all.
Of course you also need a little luck and Sunderland used it all today including a disgraceful offside goal.

Dzeko won't be anywhere near that starting eleven against Liverpool.
I think he needs to start: unfortunately it often takes him more than a full 90 minutes to get up to speed.
The important thing is that he was getting into position

Think NHL, goals/plays can still be reviewed with little interference as Toronto is watching all games all the time so is on the ball so to speak. Any decision can be assessed by the officials and confirmed/corrected from HQ. This is the best option. Wouldn't take longer than making a quick sub or taking a corner. All the game changing moments can be reviewed quickly with the right outcome.

Dzeko is a confidence player. He did some pretty shit stuff 2nd half but he did some pretty good stuff too. Some of the acrimonious comments on here about the players have been out of order. They tried but failed. That's all. They gave effort but lacked composure.

Send Dzeko back to Germany for Mario Götze and keep Tevez.. Anyone? As much as I hate Tevez now, but he's a beast on field and that's a fact we all hate to acknowledge

I don't remember. The screaming and joy from Martin Tyler was utterly disgraceful. Unbiased, eh?
