Liverpool Involved In Yet Another Race Row

Postby King Kev » Sat Jan 07, 2012 12:41 am

Isn't it about time this scum-bag club was dealt with once and for all!?

Just out of interest, can anybody think of a club with fewer black players?

This is the problem these thick cunts have failed to realise. I'm sure the whole of Liverpool football club, crowd, officials & players isn't full of racists but their disgusting tribal support of Suarez, where they are basically saying their club is more important than right or wrong rather than just making a quick apology, opens the door for the hardcore scum to try it on, to see how much support they get.

This kind of shit is not acceptable. As soon as you start making excuses for it, you give the scum of the Earth a foothold to climb upon.

Now they have a potentially bigger problem.

Liverpool were in negotiations with Bob Holness before he died. King kenny mumbled "Bob's experience in blackbusters would have been invaluable"

The fact they wore tshirts in support of a player who racially abused another, says all you need to know about that club.

It's hard to find such an example of terrible corporate management in modern times. More like the Wheeltappers and Shunters club than an -allegedly - historic football club.

When racism is backed to the hilt what do they expect?

Stelling's just had Tompson on SS and asked him 4 times if the handling of the Suarez incident was a PR disaster to which Tompson ducked and swerved the answer - a bit like a MP - however, he conceded that it had been on the 5th time of asking to a rapture of laughter from his co-commentators.

Lol.. We should make aload of those masks in red with L.FC. emblazoned across them and hold them up towards the Scouse fookers when we play them in the cup. That'll get um biting.

One thing that says it all about Liverpool is that they haven't got one single African player in their squad, even the Brazilians they have are all of white descent. This may not be a form of racism but it could explain why their fans are so insular.

I certainly wouldn't trust the Mail, they will twist anything and certainly have it in for Liverpool at the moment for some reason (it leaves us alone for a bit I suppose). A friend of mine was there and said there was a few 'you manc bastid' shouts but he never heard any racist ones. He also said a few missiles were thrown and thought the keeper got hit by one. Tragic stuff but I personally don't buy all this Liverpool are a racist club bollox and I'm surprised at some on here that actually think they are/might be. Risible stuff

One of my mates was banned for life from Klanfield 6 years ago. He was in a box and shouted "get that jungle bunny off" towards Sol Campbell who had committed a foul. A lady in an adjoining box complained. He was banned for life and threatened with prosecution. It was never passed to the police for lack of evidence, and he took his punishment on the chin as he knew what he had said was unacceptable, whether the player heard it or not.

Fast forward 6 years, and Luis Suarez is found guilty by an independent tribunal of making racist comments on the evidence of one person's testimony. The tribunal/fa fine him and ban him, but his club take absolutely no action whatsoever, no fine, no internal disciplinary action. What the fuck is this supposed to say to the fans.

Last nights incident was bound to happen sooner or later, and when Liverpool try to ban him I would be surprised if the person involved didnt mount some sort of legal challenge given the club's precedent of accepting this behaviour from its employee.

Its staggering double standards in the first place, but the t-shirts was fucking astounding. I don't know who was responsible for that, but I hope the owners hit the fucking roof and take action when they learn of the damage this has done to the club.

I don't think they are a racist club, I believe though that they have made a massive mistake here. See my post above which highlights the double standards.

And if you saw the game, the player went fucking apeshit at what was said - and with a reaction like you would expect that there is no smoke without fire. The behaviour of fans like that is not representative of the club, and whilst the fan concerned is obviously a cunt, he has a defence in that "where he comes from, we call them that every day", because apparently the club believes its ok for its own employees to behave like that.

It did cross my mind that the oldham player could be playing up for publicity though, because I am sure that most footballers have been subject to abuse, some of it racist in the lower leagues, so there is no need to start making a big show of it.

How is is a "scum bag club" or a "racist club"?

Put thousands of people together and some of them are guaranteed to be morons. Wasn't there a guy on here a few months back who told us how his missus was racially abused at Eastlands?
