Do you honestly believe he said the latter when he has team mates who are black ?

It doesn't make sense.

I think some of these fuckers are so used to getting away with shit like this, largely because their black team mates don't say anything, that they don't even think about it.

The vid of JT allegedly shouting racist abuse at Ferdinand; he actually shouts right past the earhole of Jon Obi Mikel, who doesn't look comfortable at all. If these twats are getting away with shit like this because the black guys have somehow been pressurised into accepting it, the problem is worse than imagined imo.

For what it's worth, I think when crowds do it, as has happened to SWP for England, the whole team should just walk off & refuse to continue until the police put a stop to it.

Probably the palest team in the league actually Carlos.

And that makes them racist does it ? shall we go round all the clubs to ensure a rainbow squad is implemented?

No more stupid than stating he cannot be racist if his club employs black people...

Just a quick one, how many black team mates does he have?

How many black refs do we have ? I suppose that makes the fucking FA racist according to your idiotic analysis.......dont be a spastic Beefy ffs !!

The bindippers fucked up big time and should have dealt with it in a different way,,,, doesn't make them racists but it does make them clueless.

Don't talk Bollox Carl. Referee's decide to train for a job whereas players are bought by a club to do a job. Shit analagy, spastic. My point on black players is relevent, not by saying they are institutionally racist but by them not having any black players other than Johnson there is no control in place, especially when it comes to their foreign contingent, as Saurez has proved.

And, I don't think that they are racist, I don't even believe Saurez is racist but he was prepared to wind someone up with a racist slur, showing how much of a fucktard he is. And has been said, dealt with properly this wouldn't have got out of control.

But to use the old "how many blacks do they have" is total SHITE BOLLOX...I fucking cant stand to hear some people come out with that shit....fucking pathetic.

You mean, just like that statement Carl?

What's fucking pathetic is that you are trying to play down a point that you brought up yourself!

I'm done with comments like yours Beefy and this is my last comment on the issue...anyone with half a brain cell knows that Liverpool FC are not a racist club and neither is Suarez imo....ones guilty of being clueless in how to deal with the situation and other came out with a racist comment....both are guilty of this ..no more..no less imo.

The bindippers deserve to be under the clown watch and piss taking they are currently under over the whole suarezgate episode but should not be demonized for outrageous comments from fans like you insinuating that they are a racist club because of the lack of blacks playing for them.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Where do you draw the line if someone is a racist or not? Using a racist slur (8 times) is racist in my book. He obviously thinks less of black people or he wouldn't use it as an insult.

Strange that we're actually in agreement isn't it.

And my final comment, I didn't insinuate that they were racist in anyway whatsoever, in fact, I'm sure I said otherwise. It was you who threw that one in pal, I merely responded to you saying that he plays with these alleged black team mates.

Roger, and Out.

There's two things going on here: (i) the (alleged) racism and (ii) Scousers' claims to be a special tight-knit community where they look after each other - remember the line from Ferry Cross The Mersey, 'we don't care what your name is boy, we'll never turn you away', and yes you get this a lot when it comes to them grieving about being the victim. But neither is found only in Liverpool, either the town or the football club. If anything Liverpool's history as a seaport with Irish, West Indian, African all passing through made it less insular and prejudiced than other places, so to say there's more racism there is just daft. And even though Scousers have been overly fond of the vast candlelit vigil for everything from missing kids to people who died at a football match, this isn't unique to them, either, it's a sign of the times and it's everywhere. Look at the millions who took part in the mass public hysteria over Princess Diana or, to come closer to home, how similar reactions turned the fairly average player that was Marc-Vivien Foe into a football legend within a day of his too-young death.

Noolie,
That is some thing I have found strange since the startof the whole episode. A guy makes a racist comment to another, in order to insult, upset or abuse him and is then NOT considered to be a racist. Surely being racist or not is defined by his actions or words.
If Suarez was NOT racist, he would not have even considered using race as a weapon.

I can fully understand the club standing by Suarez, in the same way that the rags stood by plug during his drugs episode. Suarez, like plug is an asset in financial terms and there are also considerations of club/team bonding to consider. That doesn't excuse it or make it right and Liverpool were just plain stupid in the way they went about it.

On last night's incident; I don't think the club can be held responsible for the actions of those fans. They have no control over the way their fans think or behave. For Liverpool, what is important is how they respond and deal with this incident and any similar incidents in the future.

Conclusion: If Suarez made racist comment or acted in a racist manner, that defines him as a racist.
I KNOW THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU THINK I WROTE, BUT I AM NOT SURE YOU REALISE THAT WHAT YOU READ IS NOT WHAT I MEANT

I think they are defending their player since hes one of their only players who is actually any good. If it hadn't have been Suarez and had instead been some nobody reserve who probably wouldn't have played again anyway, they would have happily crucified that guy I'm sure.

For the record I don't think Liverpool are an inheritently racist club and I don't think Suarez himself is a racist either. That these threads even exist though only highlights just how badly Liverpool screwed up the PR side of this.

I can't believe how many people don't think he is racist on here.

If making racist comments isn't how we figure who is racist how will we ever know? Does he have to commit hate crimes or something?
