Don't understand Panti or Kolarov playing.

Id also convinced myself that Yaya was going to start.

Nervous...

Didnt see any sign of a problem with Joe yesterday. He's on the bench so I assume not injured so a brave decision by Mancini. As big ,maybe bigger,is Clichy not playing. He was flying in training yesterday but there again Kolarov was good as well.As long as Kolarov gets plenty of help with either Valencia or Nani we will be ok.

Imho, Bob is playing Lemmons to convince himself if they will buy him or not. While City delays any decision and the months are passing, the transfer bid rises and rises. This is the way the contract was made.

Using a return of scholes to fire up the others.

You have to hand it to baconface, he knows how to play the game.

Seems very odd, could even be seen as disrespectful of the opposition and I can't see Joe being happy with it.
Hope to god the bloke is wrong, the more I think about it the more absurd it seems.

Is it disrespectful that de Gea is on the bench as well? How much have we seen of Pants? Romania or not he is still a national team keeper. And if I recall last year in Europa didn't seem too intimidated playing us.

Either that or he will use him the last 5 minutes to filet Aguero or Silva and take his final red card of his career.

Pants did fine vs Arsenal. I'm more worried about the lack of options upfront.

Was it Nige that Scholes studded just before he retired, or was it AJ? My memory is going. If it was Nige, I hope he gets a chance to say 'thankyou'.
