Character of Champions

Postby carl_feedthegoat » Sun Jan 08, 2012 2:56 pm

Thats what I saw from City today..especially in the second half.

Im not as mad as before as we FUCKING BATTERERED THEM AND EMBARRASSED THEM WITH 10 MEN FOR 80 MINS.

WELL DONE LADS..UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES and Im convinced more than ever that we will win the prem.

I was getting worried in the match thread Carl, but I'm fucking chuffed as fook that we taught the rags a lesson in the second half - only fuckwits lose 6-1

The second half should inspire us on & Savic spilt blood for us - great stuff

I'm sorry to say that even with the character of Champions you cannot beat the system.

If, and when we do it, it will have been against the biggest cheating and corrupt system that I've ever seen.

I can't help feeling this is right. Some staggering decisions lately. It's like we are marked men. Appalling.

Magnificent 2nd half - the abiding memory will be rag plastics biting their nails and praying to hold on in a game of 12 against 10
Scum fans (?) are an embarrassment
As for Foy we should refuse to let that cnut anywhere near our place ever. He is not fit to officiate at the top level - simples

The fighting spirit the players showed was fantastic to see. You could see the nervousness of the United fans throughout the whole second half. Even when the final whistle blew, the United players didn't look as pleased as a team should have been when they've just won a derby match.

I think more than ever now they know that we're here to stay and they need to seriously up their game to try and match us now and in the future.

Especially as for months I've been told that conceding 6 when you are down to ten men for 40 minutes is normal...

Team was immense in the 2nd. Well proud.

most of what i feel has been said in this thread - it's bizare as the feeling I have is very similar to when we win matches - it really does feel like that.

The character we showed today was immense, the rags panicked whenever we closed them down. The respect Fergiscum showed us by bringing off Welbeck and replacing him with Anderson spoke volumes.

Wthout trying to send this OT, you could clearly see Mancini was wound up about the decision in the AM interview so they still tryed to push him; he was fuming and the interview didn't last.

Compare that to Taggart who said it was a clear sending off as he could've done serious damage to Evra. Are you fucking serious, he didn't even touch him! You can see why he said it though, a 3 match ban would suit him nicely.

Carl,
Are you like me...it's a bit weird...I'm gutted and proud at the same time.
We got beat by Foy and I want his bollocks stewed in a slow cooker and fed to your Bastid Cat...fucking fuming about how this game was bent by him, in full public view.
But I am also proud as fuck of our reserve 10 men. We showed character and courage but more important we showed composure and patience. We kept our shape, neverpanicked, let them come on to us and created the breaks. We played very clever football Tactically Mancini gave Taggart a masterclas in the 2nd half and even if we, rag fans or the media don'tknow it, Taggart will know full well he was out thought.

Despite the scoreline, we know and they know we have overtaken them...THE DIE IS CAST.

Bitter fuclin pisscan Govan arsehole - a clear sending off?! I just wish we had equalised to see his face go blue as a cardiac arrest set in - not arsed about a replay or the cup at all - just to have seen him croak on the touchline the sad old selfish tosser

Couldn't agree more. We showed immense character today. At 3-0 down I thought we could have been on the end of a drubbing but fair play to Mancini, he made some good changes at half time and we nearly got the draw which was the least we deserved. Standout performers were Aguero, Milner and Micah. If we play with this much courage and determination for the rest of the season we will be champions
