Kolarov, Nasri , de Jong and Johnson shit as always. For me, they all need to go in the summer, and take Dzeko with them.

Switched the TV off ages ago when the second went in. This shit has ruined my day, and next week as well, probably. I really am growing to despise football in this country at the moment - that a cunt of a ref like this one can give such terrible decisions and then smirk about them afterwards says it all. Corrupt as fuck.

wow you switched it off, but you criticise the team for giving up. Fuck me give your head a wobble

Being proud of the lads after the 2nd half performance doesn't really come close to what I felt after the match today. Super proud, ultra proud maybe. But relived most of all as we turned the game around and avoided a humiliation which I felt was on after the 1st half.
Mancini definitely got it wrong with his starting lineup today (Kolarov for Clichy !! what was that about ??) and Panti for Joe (even more bewildering) but otherwise had no other options (Barry banned, Yaya off to Africa) and Balo injured. Is Dzeko also injured ?
But he certainly made up for his mistakes with the changes in the 2nd half which worked wonderfully and nearly got us the draw that we deserved.
Maybe he should have taken off Nasri and kept either Silva or AJ on but I guess at that stage he had given up and wanted to keep the result at a respectable level and rest players for our upcoming matches.
I can't remember when I have ever felt so good about a performance even though we lost. Strange but true.

Mancini got it ALL wrong today. Clueless bastard.

Fucking shocking performance from our ref. He was absolutely invisible for the whole game.

If mancini doesnt sign atleast 2 refs in january then he can fuck off as far as i'm concerned.

Poor Guv...and such limited faith. Have you not learned anything about our present City team?

Manini doesn't do lying down and dying...nor does his team. Maybe some fans should learn that lesson quickly. A team that lies down and gives up, does not sit at the top of the most competetive league in the Worls. To get to the top they mustsurely have proven to you all that whatever the score, City can compete.

Stand in the naughty corner with that dunces hat on and write out "I MUST LEARN NOT TOP BE AN ARSELESS CUNT JUST BECAUSE A COUPLE OF LITTLE THINGS DON'T GO CITY'S WAY"
I KNOW THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU THINK I WROTE, BUT I AM NOT SURE YOU REALISE THAT WHAT YOU READ IS NOT WHAT I MEANT

Okay we lost, but overall I think we should be proud of our team.

It was never going to be an easy game, both toures out, Barry, dzecko. However our life was made harder by inconsistencies in the refeering. Something should be done about foy within the FA.

I think the 2nd half was fantastic from us, it shows how rubbish the rags are when they have to get scholes out of retirement.

We'll have the last laugh when we raise the league cup.

I've never wanted Scouse 1 to win a match as much as this one.

i wouldnt say ALL wrong. just his starting 11 and then maybe only 2 out that 11 should have been different , otherwise again we have been done by bad decisions. and i am in danger of sounding very bitter when i go on about these decisions but fuck me its every time we loose it is down to a bad decision

I don't wanna blame kompany because he is been great this season, but that red card made a huge difference. People shouldn't blame kolarev too much because it is not easy to defend with a -1 player. However I think we played great especially Aguero, Micah, Savic...

Yep. Taggart got it right by resting Webb and playing Foy. That's how to rotate a team

He felt let down by Webb in that last game so had to drop him.Big game then for Foy to show he had what it takes by making the most of his chance.Only took him 12 minutes.

I am totally delighted with most of our performance, against 12 men, 2nd half obviously, but including at the start of the game, at 0-1 & a fair bit at 0-2. I actually had a great time & thought the rags were shite. We lost though.

Amongst all the backslapping, we lost because we fucked up badly, defensively, against a vastly inferior team. I'm sat level with the spot where Rooney receives the ball, in acres of space, in front of our defence & straight away I go (Graeme Taylor style) Fuuukiiiineeeeellll, because folks, they were 'in'. We were in deep shit as soon as the ball came to him. As usual Lescott was the only person to spot it & come out to stop him having a clear run & shot (where was our midfield) so he passes it wide & the rags do the one thing they outclass us at: cross the ball. Our defence is not organised: 0-1. Of course, Barry would have cleared it up (probably twice) & Yaya had he been there, but it doesn't alter the fact that we conceded a goal which had no subtefuge whatsoever. It was bleeding obvious but we failed to stop it. Before then, we were embarrassing the rags all over the pitch, in fact I've never seen a rags team so utterly outclassed.

That, folks, was the moment which caused everything which came afterwards & the moment we lost the game.
