I hate this piece of shit close to Ferguson hatred. I've just read a jovial piece about Adebator's wages & the thing people are missing is how Adebayor is just a piece of meat to the horrible phoney cockeny cunt. He pretends to be mister fucking nice guy but he doesn't give a flying shit about his players or anybody. Grade onr utter cunt.

Hope that makes sense as I'm ratarsed should have been working and aren't so got unexpetedly shitfaced.

Cunt, Harry,3rd at best. Cunt.

I love that fact that he's in court the day after playing us ... I just hope we can fuck him off big time, 24 hours before the judge does!

He's a jealous ignorant long faced b****rd. He goes on and on about us as if we shouldnt spend money, im afraid at the end of the day money is what makes a club win and win consistentley. Spurs may not be much of big spenders but I bet they wont hold out above arsenal and chelsea. It just pisses me off so much every time I look at the headlines the media is feeding off what they call intelligence of Harry Redknapp, when all he does is complain about a load of crap and talk about himself and Tottenham as if they are the saviours from corrupt football, well im afraid not harry and I want to beat him come when we play, I want to not just beat him but have mancio make him eat his own words. Yes he annoys me that much

Don't have to read it. Can imagine exactly what it says about spurs, twitchy andnthen exactly what it says about city. Only thing I don't know is which figure will be slapped in there.

Have we spent 180,000,000. 250,000,000. 400,000,000 or the ever popular 1 BILLION POUND (including wages, food bills, travel expenses, mancini's laundry bill and every fucking other thing that has no relevance at all.

Good to see that everyone is now bigging them up for the title, even Platt said in his interview how amazed he was that they've slipped under the radar. It's been purposeful by the media though, not trying to heap pressure on Spurs, they know how it works.

Now they're being talked about, let's see how they react and let's also see how the media react to it. I've not heard any of the old cliches comparing Spurs with United's 'Champions Experience' yet, it will be interesting to see if they start wheeling the same comparisons that they've done with us.

Indeed. According the BBC preview of City v Wigan, they are handling it very well. In fact, it says here that they have already won today, as have the munes.

Nonetheless, City will be expected to restore their points advantage at the top of the table by overcoming a Wigan side currently enduring the club's worst ever winless run at home

If you look at the results of Spur's recent run, hardly any of, say the last ten league games are results which you wouldn't have predicted at the start of the season, when Spurs were expected to be around the top 4.

Aston Villa H W
West Brom A W
Bolton H W
Sunderland H W
Norwich A W
West Brom H W
Everton H W

Stoke A L

Chelsea H D
Swansea A D

We let ourselves down with our results v WBA & Sunderland, we would also have been expecting to beat both but if you look at Spurs' results & assumed they were going to finish 5th, you would still expect similar. We've played Liverpool twice, Chelsea away & Arsenal at home during the same period & are only about 3 points worse in spite of fucking up v WBA & Sunderland.

Somewhere along the line, there must be a period of iffy games for Spurs & routine ones for us.

In Spurs' next 10 games, they have to play Us, Chelsea, United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton and Newcastle. We, on the other hand, have a nicer run of fixtures.

If the top 3 are still within a few points if each other at the end of Feb then you'd have to say they're all in with a real chance. However I expect spurs to start dropping points in those game so it depends if we (and the rags) can open a gap.

Still think the rags could be caught out once they start playing some of the decent sides again. Blackburn, Newcastle and our 10 men showed where they're weak. Our recent games have showed that we haven't quite worked out how to beat teams who park the bus. That's an easier problem to solve though

I think our run-in is favourable for 2 reasons:
1. The games against the bigger sides are spaced out compared to United and Spurs.
2. Out of our remaining matches against the big sides, only 1 is away from - Arsenal. United and Spurs only have 1 remaining 'big' match at home, with the rest away.

The worry is they play us full of confidence with a full squad bar Adebayor, and we are lacking our spine.
