For some reason I think it takes a lot more effort/dedication to be an assistant coach, than to be a striker who is told that they are not part of future plans and moans constantly about leaving

All they players seem to respect him, he's a part of the club now, and he plays an active part in the decisions that are made. So what if he said some daft shit in the past, we all have. I have no problem with him, he's Mancini's pick and that is good enough. Didn't like him at all before he came to us.
