When he first started he had that funny motion before he threw the ball & it went miles, but then after a couple of foul throws he changed his action & it hasn't been as effective since

I'd like to teach every player to have David Silva's ball control.

I'd like to teach Sergio to pass when there is another player in a better position than him and he's going nowhere with the ball.

And which areas to run into when someone is about cross it.

I'd also teach Kolarov & Savic how to defend in general &
Joe Hart how to kick a football into an area with the same post
code as the one he's in.

I like this one Ted and I would add to Joe Hart that he should sometimes try to pass the ball to an open player instead of hoofing it up field at evry opportunity. I saw Panti doing that a lot (effectively) which is probably a European thing so Mancini should know it !!

Really?

We almost always play the ball out from the back, from my recollections of being at the games this season i'm sure Hart only ever boots the ball up field if under pressure or on the odd occasion where none of the defenders have found space. It is definately the exeption rather than the rule, in fact a few people around us last week at the dippers game commented on the fact that after Dzeko came on, Hart should have tried to be more direct but kept passing the ball out from the back
