Bobby's Imaginary Card Waving

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

As theGOAT has said, he is Italian. There has always been more use of the hands when excited.

I think he's doing it to make a point though. As if to get the actual incident highlighted in case the media were going to brush over it, which is highly likely.

What is the difference between him doing that and Fergiscum going over to the 4th Official and getting in their face, shouting at them left, right and centre?

What a weird thing to say. All those saves Joe Hart had to make, eh. Dozens of 'em.

dippers bossed the majority of that game and had downing converted the 1 v 1 early on, the outcome could have been vastly different.

"John has texted in to say 'I'm a City fan but Mancini is a disgrace doing that card waving'".

I love 5 Live and their completely unverifiable claims of who supports whom. I've a good mind to phone them sometime and say, 'I'm a United fan, but we are a club of cheats followed by tourists.' Maybe then they will get the message.

Fucking idiots.

How is doing a hand gesture and different than yelling the the 4th official's ear, "The ref's a fucking the game up and that was a disgraceful decision."

It's not, so quit letting the media direct your outrage

Certainly no outrage from me. I don't like seeing Baconface shouting abuse at the forth official from 12 inches and just because he does it, doesn't mean I'm going to think it's ok for Mancini to do it either, I don't like anyone doing it, its bad sportsmanship, Italian passion or not. Still result was all that matters for me tonight, 3 points, job done.

Have a fucking word with yourselves. All managers shout for red cards in these situations. There is absolutely no difference in what Mancini is doing & what any other manager does in the same circumstances. He is not a player on the pitch trying to get a fellow pro sent off, he is a manager complaining, just like Harry & Dalglish & McCarthy & ONeil & of course Ferguson will do every single fucking time. There is no difference making a gesture & shouting 'red card' like every single one of them would do. You are being brainwashed with some phoney etiquette which doesn't exist.

Allison would have been going fucking spare demanding a red in the same position.

I like how you've named two of the most horrible cunts in the Premiership at the moment. Nice.

I can't really say I blame him to be honest. There are far too many decisions going against us at the moment and I feel just as frustrated as he does and probably would have done the same had I been in his position

Just got back from the game. It`s beyond me why it`s not a red. It`s only an offence by a player to do it at the moment so wave away Bob and here are some reasons why:

Kompany off...Johnson on
Silva pen against chelsea
Clichy off... miereles on..and then scored
saurez foul on Vinnie...same game..Balo off...adams on

There are more. Refs are wank or the conspiracy stands...the fa don`t want us to win.

I'm with the sensible ones on this. I couldn't give a flying fcuk. He has every right to vent his frustration at absolutely shite refereeing.

Card waving? come on now is it a serious crime or what ? Did he break somebody's leg or heart by waving a card .... I think it's great to put the cat amongst the pidgeons. He can't be fined for putting his hands in the air, however well (dance) co-ordinated it seems.

Not a major crime. It just lacks class and I like to think we have a bit more style than certain other contenders

Its better than running onto the pitch and smacking the inept bastard in the face.
