I don't shout at them at the game, just shake my head quietly. Apart from that bit where Kolarov cut in & trid to score the goal of the season but actually hoofed the ball into the North stand. That did merit an autamatic reflex cry of "FUCK OFF!!" before I could stop myself.

Kolarov's "performance" as a sub last night was right up there with George Weah's phantom cousin for Southampton.

savic is a city player, is he?.......judging by some of the insulting comments on here you would think he was employed in the swamp.

Carl me ol luv...
You are right mate, I have gone and done it again...called for a little patienceand a little understanding. Savic is not at out level,we understand that but he wasn't supposed to be yet. Hewa bought for the future and it is in the future that we should judge him. I give you the example of Micah...who many would have got rid of a couple of years ago. I called for patience then and was proved right. Young Savic may not develop into the next City central defender...but as yet, we don't know that.
Last night, Savic was chucked into ajob that should have been done by Kompany.

...and you too have gone and done it again Carl....Gone off at the deep end, whilstwearing your drama queen outfit.
You do look lovely in it though....:-)

Will Bob play him at Wigan after his last performance ? Mancini can be stubborn as we know and he might just do it.

I would prefer to play Micha in the middle with Zabba on the right or keep Micah on the right (where he most effective in attacking mode) and play Nedum alongside Joleon.

Thoughts ?

I'd play Micah there with Zabba fb or try the back 3 system. I wouldn't play Savic in either CB position, even back 3 or any more games this season unless we ran out of right backs.

Not sure he deserves some of the comments he is getting on here but for sure he is not ready yet. The thought of him facing Spurs on Sunday is terrifying

Thought he played quite well tonight, seems like there always has to be one boo boy in the team for the fans on here. Hell, even Mr. Neville thought he played well

He was playing against Wigan, he didn't look comfortable to me at all

Sporting Lisbon target Stefan Savic is looking to leave Manchester City in January, his agent has revealed.

The Montenegro international joined City in the summer from Partizan in a deal worth seven million euros but has been unable to hold down a regular place in Roberto Mancini's side.

Having started only six matches to date for the Premier League side, Savic is looking to get more games under his belt elsewhere before being able to prove his worth at the Etihad Stadium.

"It is true that he is on his way out of City in January and that he will leave on loan," the defender's agent Zoran Stojadinovic told O JOGO.

The possibility of signing the 20-year-old on loan would appeal to Sporting, who are on the lookout for a quality centre-back in a cut-price deal.

Savic had already been on the Portuguese club's agenda in the summer before his move to England, but Partizan's asking price put the Lisbon outfit out of the race for the defender.

Zenit St Petersburg's Bruno Alves has also been suggested as a possibility to bolster their defence as the Portugal international has been on the fringes of the action at the Russian club.

I agree, he did alright. Didn't do any real crucial defending but didn't make any terrible mistakes either. Decent. Still don't want to see him v Spurs though.
