Why don't you just forget about all this speculation about who may beat who, where and when
Rural has it all sorted out in his turds. Simply ask the oracle of shit.

You know it makes sense.

I hope Mancini uses it as his mantra and plays his strongest team rather than worrying about the following game. Hard to convince the players it's important if you make a load of changes.

Throw in Spurs at home, United at home, and, to a somewhat lesser extent, Swansea away for me.

I reckon we need 11 wins. I also think we have six home bankers. Beating both the shite and Spuds would make things easier.

FFS there are no easy games, especially at the business end of the season. We all play each other home and away and the best team wins the league. Cliche or not, but its one game at a time for me.

Been drinking, have we, sir?

I have no idea what you've just said but I like it. :-)

By the way, 49 points should do the trick.

This

If we had 11 wins and 4 draws we'd end up on 88 points which would probably be enough.

I would love to have Yaya in for this game but no matter, we have what we've got. Win this one and Spurs are out of it. Eight behind and a horrible fixture list? No chance.
I don't think that the Newcastle game was a big surprise for the filth. I think it will happen again because they are ordinary. I have said for a long time that if we are top after we play Spurs we will win the league. Our main rivals have a tough period and i hope we are going to be outta sight by the end of Feb. It would be lovely to have it mathematically confirmed either before or on derby Day for maximum piss taking.

Never mind this one game at a time sensible bollox. I love working out the date by which we'll be champions.

Year - Points
10/11 - 80
09/10 - 86
08/09 - 90
07/08 - 87
06/07 - 89
Ave - 86.4

17 Games left:

11 wins, 3 draws and 3 losses + 51 = 87 points

Thank heavens someone is in the same frame of mind as me.

If we could just scrape through and somehow win the League this season, even on goal difference, I'm sure I'd feel totally different and a lot more confident about our prospects for next season. For some perverse reason I'd feel then that we could go anywhere and beat anyone but, until that time arrives, this season the nerves are going to be continually jangling.

Phew.......

I totally agree, lol we we sat at home fighting for relegation preying for 40 points to be safe in the league for next year and now we moan. Lmao. I don't care if we come second or third this year, team is new, took Chelsea ages to win league after money injection. We should be happy whatever the weather this season as next season will be better even if we don't bring people in as the team will gel a bit more!!! Sorry I had to say.

I think shitting themselves is a regular occurrence for many people on here. The fact that we are challenging at the top is merely a coincidence

I would say there is no way that 81 points will finish 4th.Equally no way both City and scum will get that many but if City do get 91 we will win the league for sure.

I hate those predictors, I always finish with City on over 100 points because I am so bloody biased and I am far more hopeful than realistic.
