Absolutely spot on, especially after Redknapp's trash talking. We've had red cards for fuck all this season. We "earned" some payback.

Booked for absolutely nothing, a clash with Parker that I thought was nothing and then after contributing nothing positive since he came on he gets a pen and scores from it.

Reminded me a lot of an incident with Vinnie where he was accused of the same thing (don't think he was booked in that match) - both cases the player was off balance and looking to stabilise themselves in my opinion - Balotelli wasn't even looking at Parker when he made the second contact (the one they're trying to say was deliberate) and the slowmo makes it look worse, his reactions aren't THAT quick.

Which is why they cannot ban him...Lescotts might be a 50/50 but seeing as the FA have fucked us over with Kompany I reckon nothing will happen to either.

Oh give fucking over. There was nothing to that Balo-Parker incident. Did he do it deliberately? Absolutely not. Even laughable to suggest something like that. Did he land bit goofy. Yeah.

What a buzz that ending was.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

hello.....hello we did just beat Spurs 3.2 didnt we? A massive win in a key title game to put us 8 points clear of Spurs.

What's all this crap about how 2 of our players should get banned....for nothing. Can we not just focus on how well Milner played, how few saves Joe had to make, how easily we would have won if Vinnie or Kolo had played, how well Nasri played etc etc

Imho they will try to use this moment in their favour. If you look back, not many of this situations went our way, after they F.A. took an interesent in them.
Just remember the RVP and Adebayor incident in 2009.

That is one of the sweetest feeling victories I can remember

The perceived "injustice" that it will elicit from fans of Spurs and cuntish neutrals alike just tastes delicious

Nasri was fantastic. Milner was deeeecent. Barry was really his normal self, which is so fucking crucial. I thought Micah and Clichy did well also considering the pace on the flanks they were up against.

We need Vinnie and Kolo back for sure.

An epic win.

And yes, some scrutiny awaits for our play...you can't deny it. it's not ridiculous to mention it. Putting your head in the ground won't make it go away. I'm hopeful that nothing happens. As i said, i could have cared less if we sawed one of their players in half on the pitch given the one-sided nature of decisions as of late and the opposition we were facing. And we won. Yes. We won. An epic match and a fucking amazing finish.

I never said anything about our players "should get banned." Both moves in question weren't above scrutiny tho my friend and to say otherwise is just being oblivious. And it doesn't matter today...because we won.

Appreciate what youre saying doug - and none of us is hoping for any ban - but you know the FA fucks will be itching to cripple us, especially with the Carling Cup at stake this week. No Kompany, no Lescott?
