I agree with you, he should be criticized whenever he's not putting the effort in. When fans see a player at City who isn't trying 100% some of them start to dislike him & then they blame him for everything especially when they know the player has the talent to do much better. Against Fulham, I thought Dzeko was ok, nothing more, but the important thing is he tried his best. If he does that every game, the fans will all get on his side & back him 100% eventually.

When Balotelli was giving half arsed performances, he got fucking hammered, as did Robinho, Ireland, Elano etc etc. It will always be the same. Ronaldinho at his peak could maybe get away with being half arsed, but not many others will & espescially not 6 ft 3 centre forwards. Gareth Taylor got fucking hammered for that in Joe Royle's team & he cost next to fuck all.

If that bothers you, then u should keep it to urself, cause there's nothing you can do to change that. Rest of the Europe grew up watching England's, Germany, Italian n Spanish leagues, so we all pay attention what's going on in the top 4 leagues in the world. Mostly every person is fan of some team in those leagues.
