Is is feasible to manage a league team AND the international side?
Would prob have to be a prem manager as they get the week off before international matches,
But for the life of me I cannot see what the England manager does between matches, he gets the players maybe a week before the game so what does he do the rest of the time?
World cup is always in our off season so no probs with the manager going.
so why not manage prem team AND England?
or is this idea more bollox than chinners?

Isn't there a limit to how many players from one club have to be released for friendlies? I'm sure Baconface mooted such an idea 10-12 years ago, and what he says usually goes.
I suppose it depends which of the two the manager has more loyalty/ambition for. At a guess, I'd say Redknapp has more of both for England than Spurs, although I agree with comments above that he'd miss the 'tinkering' aspect of management.
