Like Wagner Love, and now Hazard, he is linked far too often with far too many clubs.

Over-active agent.

I just thought I would give Lescott a mention in this thread as I thought he handled him really well whenever it was his job.

He was left too often with Hulk running at him & no cover. Did really well, as Hulk is much quicker than him.

hulk will get a big money move somewhere, germany or spain. I don't think english clubs are going to take a punt on him, but I disagree that he wouldn't cut it here. If he got with a good manager, they would work that out of his game, and physically he is very strong ... his left foot is ridiculous.

tranny used to trip and flop all over the place ... hell nani, young and rooney still do. You may argue how good these players are, but they have certainly "cut it" in the prem. Hulk was trying to play to the crowd to influence the ref, credit to the ref, he didn't buy it, though many would have. Admittedly, I do not watch the portuguese league at all, but to my knowledge he has not come with the tag of 'diver', that can easily follow a player around. I'm willing to bet it was nerves on his part, and a bit of a confidence issue that made him resort to it.

This is the ref that gave mario a straight red in the kyev game, btw.

edit: forgot to say, i agree with doug, lescott had a great performance against hulk ... and it obviously frustrated hulk greatly.

Wouldn't argue with his red that game. Straight kick!

It's amazing that gravity doesn't take its toll and make him fall backwards rather than sprawling forwards.

Why did they call him David in the TV Series when he was called Bruce Banner in the comics??

Hulk is the biggest misnomer for him. A gust of wind sends him down worm charming and his repeated whinging to the ref, and consistent attempts to get every City player who went near him booked, were tiresome.

Physically I don't think he's as big as people are making him out to be. I think because he goes by the name 'Hulk' people add 50 pounds on in their own mind. He's no bigger than Lescott and certainly no bigger than Micah.

Still doesnt excuse his behaviour everytime he got tackled and fairly. He should be ashamed of how he acted last night and i cant wait to boo him next week. He is just a cheat and needs to give his head a big wobble.

Oh aye, don't get me wrong he's big enough to stay on his feet when challenged. I think Silva or Nasri could have brushed past him last night and he would have gone down. I think the worst one is when de Jong caught him and he went down holding his face like he'd just had acid poured on him!

It's a shame to see, but the PremierLeague is becoming the same.

He is a diving, cheating cunt however, most modern day players are now. They all try to con the ref, whether through blatant diving or exaggeration.

As much as I love Balo, he went down clutching his face at the slightest contact last night. I've been punched hard in the face and stayed upright and I'm half his build. I remember hearing Mike Summerbee saying that in his day you would be ashamed to let the guy know he has hurt you, so would act like you're fine and try an get him back next time.

Worst part of the game. Rant over, great result last night, hopefully kick start from here after such a long run of abject performances.
