To be fair to him, he's probably been needing some time to settle into the Premier League and, at the same time, Chelsea's performances haven't been burning any ice, which can't have helped him adjust, but he's a real footballer as his volley against the Scum would attest.
Ideally and in a perfect world, I'd like to see Tevez exchanged for Neven Subotic but I don't suppose this is even vaguely entering into Bobby Manc's thoughts so I was just pondering about Mata as a way of taking more of the weight off David Silva in midfield, plus chipping in with a few goals as well. However, perhaps Cavani will be the main target instead.
All in all, this summer's transfer activity involving City, could be intriguing - just hope it's not disappointing.

Looked a clear straight red to me but the best ref in the world decided it wasnt even worth a booking. And the guy had already been booked.
No doubt the TV/media won't bother making anything of it either.

I don't think they planned on buying anybody. It was panic buying as they realised how bad their squad was & that the fans weren't going to wear it.
Imo Wenger created the best attacking unit in the history of the Premier League but then he got an idea of his own abilities which was way above his actual capabilities. He's gone right through the floor in my estimation over the last few years. He thought he could sign a load of kids & turn them into superstars but imo, he hasn't actually turned anybody into anything other than fuck up a few.
The players he gets credit for creating, are world class talents who would have been great under any half decent manager. The ones who needed a bit of guidence, have got worse, not better, under Wenger. If Bob had signed Walcott at 18, he would be twice the player he is now.

perfect result for us...sad for Stevenage....Spurs were there to be had, and they won't win at the fortress that is WHL (cough, cough...cough)
Related, i hate that Spurs are lining themselves up to become "America's team"...if this US takeover happens and people here start supporting them like mad i think i'll lose my fucking mind.

The takeover was just rumour mate and was refuted by AEG, or is it someone else?
Either or, have the Rags and Dippers conquered the US with their owners in place, I don't think they have.
