we had him twice this season, against liverpool he is the guy who saw nothing wrong with glen johnsons tackle

That for me does not make him bad - the issue was that Foy had previously cheated when sending Vinnie off under shrek's instruction so we were comparing with that - the only comparison should have been that Vinnie's was a very god tackle.

The important point to consider when thinking about Jones (and similar level refs) is that we will only ever get him against the likes of Balackburn - not against the scum etc as he perhaps is not biased enough

I see after the rags and Liverpool dropped points in games he riefed he was promptly dropped to division 2.

I was shocked to hear of our head to head record v Rovers, as I drove to work this morning, thought we'd have the edge on them historically, but apparently not. Even a dodgy ref can't stop us beating them this time tho, surely

The Johnson tackle was in the first leg of the CC semi, the ref was Lee Mason.

This is the guy that sent Barry off in the league game at the Etihad and let Adam continuously kick anything that moved without so much as a yellow.

They did United at Old Trafford, we should win, but not one to be underestimated.
