firstly a big thank you for being so welcoming!
im a long time City fan here in Australia and after months of working 2 jobs i'v finally saved enough to see my boys play,

I'll be flying into London on the 18th of March and would give my first born to see City play Chelsea on the 20th

while I know its a massive ask to get tickets to such a massive match iv never been one to aim low,
Being in australia I have no idea how to go about getting a ticket, and would LOVE some advice

iv looked at sites like worldticketshop.com and footballticketslive.com but really feel nervous about getting screwed there,

But im that desperate to see the match i may just have to hang around the stadium and look for scalpers.
If any of you lads can help me fulfill a dream of seeing my boys or give me any advice on getting a single ticket, I would be forever in debt

thanks again

i dont want to put a downer on you, but if chelsea win this weekend in the fa cup, our game could be moved.

Hello All

First time post loooooooong time lurker....to the point where a restraining order would be justified.
About me....Been a blue since growing up in Macclesfield....Macc always half red/half blue and was season ticket holder throughout my youth with big 6 foot banana sat on laps of me, my brother, step dad and grandad( ps if anyone sat in Family Stand in mid late 80s and heard old guy constantly dishing it to David White...that was him).
37 years old now and adjusting well to success and as live in Birmingham adjusting to seeing City merchandise in stores where it would be only the historic Big Four and local Prem teams.
If anyone in Brum goes up to the games and has room for 6 foot 2 tattooed lump let me know as would prefer going to games with someone. Looking forward to getting in on some of the hop topics and offering some, hopefully, vaguely intelligent input.

Hi guys,

I'm from Southend-on-sea and love my football, especially the premier league and need a bit of help from the loyal supporters out there, forums are where the best fans are!

I go to university and am in my 3rd year and i'm doing my dissertation on the re-introduction of standing areas around the premier league and would really like some responses from the premier league's best fans and see what you think? It will only take about 3 or 4 mins and would help a great deal!

Thanks a lot it really is appreciated!

Welcome mate

Get to piccadilly and then follow the crowd mate its a good 15 minute brisk walk to the ground, the best place for a pre-match pint is the townley. See off topic section for the Townley thread.

Henrik Ojamaa's your favourite player????????? The Estonian striker???? Care to tell more about that?
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I should explain Discopants!

I am a Motherwell fan primarily, Henrick signed for us during the January transfer window and has been a revelation, has helped us go 12 points clear in 3rd place, if we manage to hang on to third and Rangers aren't out of administration by end of March, Motherwell will make the Champions League qualifiers (we're only 3 points behind them so we might finish 2nd anyway lol).

City are my (and my sons) favourite "other" team due, I think, to Dennis Tueart in the mid 70's!

We are heading down for the City Blackburn match and really looking forward to it!

Favourite current players have to be Mario for sheer entertainment value plus Aguero and Silva, fantastic players!

If Motherwell get through the CL qualifiers (unlikely I know) would be a dream to get City!!

Cheers

Hi, Im Sacha, and I'm a 16 year old girl who loves Manchester City. Sadly, I've only been able to get tickets to a game once, which was City vs Napoli last year, 1-1.
One thing I know about city is that we are at our best at this very moment. We are at the top of the league, that gives us confidence, which we need. We have an amazing keeper, Joe Hart, some of the best defenders in england, richards, Lescott, Kompany etc... then we have our midfielders, Nasri, Silva etc. who are extremely skillful with the ball. And then of course we have ♥Sergio 'Kun' Aguero♥ Amazing striker, Beautiful Man x
Lots of Love,
