A title decider and a derby with people in the pubs all day. What could go wrong.

Look at that crime stats in Glasgow on the night of an OF game during the week compared to a noon kick at the weekend. They sky rocket. Similar stats are available for the Brum derby.

Massive mistake and I imagine quite a few people had already booked their travel and hotels for this one.

It's my 30th the day before but I had planned to spend it in Manchester, thats out the the window now.

Personally, I don't see a problem.

By the time the half time whistle blows and they are being mullered, they will all have fucled off home to hide under their beds.
They won't hang around to hear us celebrating at their expense.

That's rubbish.

I've always felt that holding a big game like this on a monday night is a watse. Monday should be for run of mill games only. I love derby weekends and this one was due to be one of the biggest ever.

Really gutted with this. Was looking forward to it.
we've got love bites and everything

Good news for me that the Arse match has moved, flying to Thailand on the 7th, 10pm kick off local time on the Sunday is perfect. Bad news is, I will still be there on the 30th and that will now be a 2am kick off :(

Bastards Sky, bastard Manchester marathon, bastards GMP. Been looking forward to this game for months, planned to fly over for the weekend. Even if they'd played Sunday I could have taken Monday off work but can't do two days off, and i ran out of ailing grannies a long time ago.

Nice one Sky. I'll be in Brisbane so instead of the usual UK lunchtime ko (which would have been 9.45pm Brisbane time) i'll be getting up in the middle of the night to watch a 5am ko and probably stay up all night for the Wolves game which'll be a 1am ko. Wife not helping coming out with "There's more to life than football" bollox. Not happy.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Being in Australia is the worst place in the world for being a fan of a PL club. Hats off to you all for having the dedication (and energy reserves) to do it. It was fucking shit when I had to follow a couple of games over there.....no fun, no pub, no banter....just fucking stress and being knackered the next day.

I'll very likely be in GMT plus 6 next year and I'm not looking forward to that angle I have to say

In GMT +8 myself ... where the hell are you going to be? Sri Lanka? It can suck, especially for games in europe, but for sat/sunday you will get a decent evening game to watch in the pub. Weekday games are on at 4am here though. harsh.
