Its all well and good but i cant see where we have room for him?we needed him in january when we were struggling for bodies and our top players were out and we needed a leader, now we have a fully fit squad that we are struggling to keep all playing, i just dont see room for tevez at the moment in our current team despite the great player that he is.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feelings aside, cold football brain, who would you rather have coming off the bench with 25 mins to go, Herman or Edin?

Fair point, in a fully fit world id say hermann although sometimes with us i like to see dzeko come off as hes different to the others but fair point. It does mean that another squad player wont even be on the bench, we were missing a couple of big ones on sat from the bench like richards de jong savic and now someone to make room for tevez. guess thats why mancini gets the big bucks!

Nice goal by Tevez, helped by a large deflection off the defender too.

I hear he looked fit etc. Thing is, I dont really care how fit he is, or what he might provide. I wouldnt boo him as I wouldnt any City player but I just dont want to see him wear our colours again, given his conduct since June 2011 onwards. Thanks, but no thanks Carlos. I'd rather we saw the season out with the players who've contributed and got us to this point. You didnt get off the bench, you walked off to Argentina, your fault.

Legally, if we have to let him appear in more games to legally make up the 10%, Id bring him on for a couple of meaningless last min appearances when we are 3-4 up.

This 'legally we have to play him for x amount of more minutes' is bollox.

Nice summary DH ... it's certainly going to be interesting in the next couple of weeks with regards to Tevez

It was January when he first put in a transfer request. Or was it December 2010?

the only weapon I'd like to see us use him as is by him driving his car head on into the rag's team bus. Actually I'd prefer it if he was the bonnet (hood for you) mascot with Kia doing the driving.

Nothing is going to alter my hatred for the cunt that is Tevez.

I speak not as a City fan but as a fan of football. That twat is paid £250,000 per week (yes that a quarter of a million pounds stirling PER FUCKING WEEK) to kick a ball around and he couldn't even be arsed to do that.

I hate to see him back in a football team's shirt at all - the fact that it's City's shirt just rubs salt in the wound.

I very much doubt that he is on £250K a week.

He's reportedly paid £250k a week. And if it isn't that exact amount, it is not very far off at all.

I would imagine the figure we pay him is a fair bit away from £250k, but total earnings at that level are very possible with performance bonuses and sponsorship.

Don't know what the herman munster headed cunt could advertise though without scaring the kids off.

I think the word reportedly says it all.I think we were told Yaya was on £220k a week until somebody clarified it's only close to that if we win the treble of league, chumps leage and a domestic cup. I do accept it's a ton of money whatever the actual amount is but I would leave the darlings in the press to exagerate/lie about City and our players.

Well let's agree that it's a 'paltry' £200K per week then eh?

In a very good YEAR, during which I would have worked my gonads off, I might earn a third of that.

From some clips Ive seen, a good portion of the players seem to be glad to have him back. I look at it like this. None of us were there. Maybe Bob did yell at him in a improper manner. I think he has alot of idiots in his ear which make him do the wrong thing...and just his interviews alone when he was back in Argentina are enough to get me boiling, but on the field he gives 100%....and you cant argue that. Welcome Back Carlos, and bring me some goals ....heck, and some life into that stadium. Its like a ghost town in there when we score.

He'd be ruined & in court if it was up to me, but Bob has taken him back, so he's now a City player. The other shit can wait.

Edin every time for me. I would rather have a player who has chosen to be part of the squad that has taken, and kept us, at the top of the league for all the time someone decided to go AWOL.
