IMO RVP will be the reason that Silva doenst win POY. He has been superb all season and no blue tinted specs can hide that fact. His goal ratio is 2nd to none. I think he would be fantastic for us and would help us up the next rung of the ladder if he could stay fit.

The problem that i see with RVP is that he can't play in our system. At Arsenal, the whole team plays for him, upfront, like they did for Henry in the past. His boost as a player was when Henry left and he took his role, while he was playing for him he looked just ok. If he will come here, he will play in a different system and i am not really sure how he will fit.
If you take a trip to the past, at that incredible squad that Feyenoord had in 2002, they used a 4-3-3 system, with Van Hooijdonk as a poacher and RVP and Casteleen as inside forwards on the attack and wide midfielders in defence.
