Have not watched the game, now listened or read about it and don't think I will read this thread either. To be honest had a gut feeling that at some point the table will turn with the rag bastards and so it as. Top since Oct it would have been a miracle had we stayed there all season. I do think they will drop points and I do think (& hope) we will do them at ours and it will go to the wire!. Not going to start reaching for the rope just yet (though be a gent Gillie and keep it handy till May!)
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

These are their remaining matches. If we look at it realistically there is a good probability that they will drop some points but for that to benefit us, we have to win all our remaining matches(including the 6 pointer derby) and that's a big ask !!
Anyway here is how I see it (points that they will win):

Wolves V Man Utd 3 points

Man Utd V Fulham 3

Blackburn V Man Utd BB might take a point or even 3 (they did it away, so why not)

Man Utd V QPR 3

Wigan V Man Utd 3

Man Utd V Aston Villa 3

Man Utd V Everton Some chance for Blue scouse here to get something

Man Utd V Swansea 3

Sunderland V Man Utd O'Neil might just be able to do us a favour here ??

If you believe Gollum won´t bend over for his hero, not to mention any chance to fucl us and Red dippers over then I think you´re hoping for a little too much. Swansea however will show no such respect. As for O´Neill we´ll have to hope he leaves out 5 ex rags and they have an outside chance of Europe. Wes Orange has already gifted them points. What we really need is Shrek missing for 3 or 4 games as he´s holding them together. The Villa game is a funny one too. They have a habit of pulling a strange result out. Hope we´re not clutching at the proverbial straws

Sorry, but they will cake walk all of those games. Could not have fallen better for the cunts.

Villa? With Mcleish? No way...

Wigan, Qpr, Villa and Everton are games with friendly managers and Martin Jol, at Fulham, didn't grab not even a point in every game he faced them.

Wolves, BB and Swansea are the only hopes, on the hand that the first two have relegation problems at the time of the game and must give 200 %.

By the away game with O'Neill, i think all will be decided.

Our last 6 Away games in the Premier League, none of whom came against teams in the top 8

WBA 0-0
Sunderland 0-1
Wigan 1-0
Everton 0-1
Villa 1-0
Swansea 0-1

Record P6 W2 D1 L3 F2 (fuclin 2) A3 - Pts 7 (out of possible 18). That, right there, in that sequence of games, is where we pissed away the league title. Out of those possible 18 pts we should have got 12 minimum; instead we scored twice in 9 hours of football and gained 7 pts.

Utd eked out 1-0 wins at Swansea and Everton, we lost em both 1-0. That the nub of it.

Our away form has been poor for weeks; we have a lack of width, no real pace up top and no Plan B. Teams have sussed us out, and when the problems first arose in November, notably at Napoli, these faults and concerns were first mentioned but nothing has changed in how we play away. We keep doing the same thing and its getting worse. Our home form has been like a crutch for us to keep us going but its now caught up with us.

I also hit the wall and then I kicked someone's car who had parked too close to me.

BUT I still would prefer (at this stage) to be just behind them.

Ted: I do not disagree that we need to improve...and now...but if that is not going to serve as a wake up call and as the impetus to make us do so (and I mean everyone...the players...the coaching staff....the fans) then we don't deserve to win the title.

Can't agree enough with the last bit there. As mentioned in the 'time for tevez' thread, imo this team / club hasn't the experience to be sat at the top and not get complacent. Nearly the whole season sat on top of the pile was not ideal imo and good for the rags to fire them up and chase. Tables are now turned and I really think it will suit us better for now. There has to be a reaction though to today, this must catapult all concerned to the next level... and as you say everyone.

weve dropped too many points away. they havent. those are the facts. I look at their fixtures and cant see them losing any, apart from the game against us. pessimistic? no, just looking at trends. we still start too many away games in some kind of torpor, and in this league you are always a set piece or a sleepy mistake away from 0-1, that doesnt change, most teams in this league dont have much else other than set plays or one tricky player and at home early on they have fire in their bellies so you have to earn the right to play.

Sorry not had chance to read any of the thread. Could not believe the team selection today. Despite all their possession 1st half Swans didn't do a lot. 2nd half a bit better but overall shit. Worst we've played all season. Nobody looked interested.
No doubt on MTOD 2 tonight they will say the Scum move "ominously" to the top of the table.
Under any other circumstances I would have been happy with where we are but to start to fuck up like this, to them cunts is hard to tak

I knew we could afford to lose 1 and draw 1 as long as we beat them on 30. 04 but this was one I was planning on winning

I assume Mancini was also planning on winning it as well but unfortunately I reckon he was planning on winning it 1 nil and we all know what happens when you go into games with that idea.At least we should do.

Anybody know this lad who was at the game? He's in for some grief, whoever he is. The picture apparently was spread everywhere. This is a video and they seem to be springing up quickly:

Just watched this game.
Swansea played really well. Im impressed. I'm glad theyre most likely going to be in the Prem next
season....they play attractive football.

We didnt do much of anything in the game..had some chances off corners but thats about it.
Nasri was disappointing again. Savic blew the whole game.
I hope Lescott's injury was really bad for him to be kept out.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Three weeks ago I was worried about this game. Grrrrrr!! Balo was the only player that looked like scoring today. I was very impressed with Yaya, but we really lacked penetration in the final third.

Come on lads, sort it out please.

Well said. Savic...not sure if he is all there.... a few fries short of a happy meal this guy.
Nasri , a poor man's Silva. Played amazing for the Gunners, but you know.....we keep trying to buy buy buy, and yesterday alone you got two players we bought this year that just arent up to snuff ! I take Bellamy over Nasri !
Swansea, hats off to them. Played beautiful football yesterday and if they had the Sheik for an owner, they woulda beaten us 5-1 yesterday.
So pissed about this loss. I saw the starting lineup and told my wife...."I got a bad feeling about that lineup". She told me after the game that I was right and that Joe Hart was such a cutie......one out of two aint bad.
