Strange thread i would have imagined all city fans would want us to progress.

If we lose it won't hurt as much as losing to Swansea did at the weekend tho, i will tell you that for sure.

I'm sort of in the Mr Disco camp -- there are actual downsides and upsides to either winning and losing at it relates to the League. And i'd still rather win the league and fall out of this competition any day of the week. Why do i have to favor one over another? With a squad rife with late season injuries, and out of form it sort of stuns me that people are so black and white about the situation as if the concept of focusing on one campaign vs another isn't being a good fan. It's a reasonable question and debate.

Don't see any reason why not. Maybe I'm not giving Bilbao the credit they deserve, but last week's performance was so outstanding i'd be worried they can't repeat it. I've backed a double on the Manchester clubs to go through.

United are 11/4 to go through, and city 4/9 which both look large to me. roughly 16/5 for the double.

I can't think of any situation when I would ever want City to lose a game.

Mancini, Savic, and Kolo Toure want us out.. however its looks to me like the rest of the team arnt arsed either way.
