Two fucking things:

Just saw the replay of Joe Hart's chance from behind the post :

1) It was a fucking pen, the Cheating Cunts From Lisbon defender was all over Joe's shirt.
2) We should have still had a corner. That fuck from the right side stood down for about 2 minutes in the 90 minute.

Well if Bob has'nt seen tonight what we as fans have been saying all along that we need to up the tempo of our play then he really is not the manager i thought he was.The first half we were dogshite and all because of the crappy ultra slow build up play.Fair do's to the lads for the second half performance a performance that reiterates my belief that we will win the league.

Why doesn't Edin put himself about like that all the time? Was a real handful!!

Savic looked more comfortable playing lone sweeper in last twenty than he ever has for us, thick he even controlled a tricky pass and then passed to one of our players?

Should play Aguero, Ballo and Edin together more often

I hate cheating and boy did sporting do there fair share tonight. If u cant beat a team fair n square then imo u cant beat a team. The goalkeeper injury was just pathetic, i wish sumone would do something about this blatant disregard for sportsmanship. Racism is not the biggest plight in football its the cheating bastards.

If we started with the second half line up and formation we would have cruised it. It was so fuclin obvious, Mancini needs to learn and i hope he does.

Thankfully they showed a bit of fight but overall an absolute joke going out to that lot.Very very disappointing result to take especially after showing up porto a far superior outfit.Really hope they can bounce back against Chelsea to instill the belief for the run in.

Was just about to post the same thing. Not only was it a dive but he did the triple jump to ensure he got the penalty and not the free kick.

I am for sticking the boot into cheating, but blindly ignoring your own side doing it makes you a hypocrite.

Conflicting opinions here some say aguero was a dive others say it wasn't. If it was as some say do not call me a hypocrite i feel it is just as bad as the opposing team doing it. I can't abide cheaters. If it wasn't a dive we got the correct call.

Second half was brilliant, but scary that we can allow it to reach that point. Sporting are by no means a great team!

Aren't they like ten points behind Porto or summat, and Benfica are romping their league? So i heard tonight anyway. I'm too disconsolate to look it up.

Hamburg all over again. Knew it.

Ah well, we have to be able to gain spirit fmro teh second half for the rest of the season. Bring on the Rentboys.

Who does that cunt Jon Champion support?! Horrible horrible fuckin human being. Why not do a professional job?

On the 90 minute mark:

"You have to ask how a fairly middle of the road Portuguese team has done this"

Just before the final whistle:

"A team that was favourites for the Champions League can't even make it past the last 16 of the junior competion"

Why not just say you fuckin hate us? If Hart's effort at the end had gone in he'd have thrown down his mic and walked I'm telling you!

Personally I think it showed were stuck with our short passing game this season. We tried no holding mid, all creators and plenty of long ball in the first half. We were shit. When Nige came on we kept the ball, moved forewards slowly but relentlessly and murdered them. And we looked miles better with Dave out the way who was absolutely awful.Encouraging was the number of crosses, Segio remembering how to run and Dzeko's battling for a change.Dont know what were gonna do bout Dave. He looks completely out of sorts and he's slowing us down. And Ballo was a disaster yet again.Looked like he'd been on the job all afternoon.Plenty to think about but no disaster to be out.
