Even if that Argie cnut Tevez is using us to try and prove he has some worth to his next club at least we can use him just as much to land the title. Win win (then fucl off in the summer). And well done, captain's performance from the big lad.

Apart from falling over his own feet a few times Zaba played well. Gave a performance we always expect from him. Richards was quality.

Savic was crap though!

This. I thought I was the only one who sawr it.

I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Great performance from Micah tonight - his game seems to step up another notch when he is skipper. So proud that he has come through the academy too!

Micah?.....Micah?.....Yeah I remember him....Wasn't he the young lad who was subject to a thread on here about getting rid of him, 'cos he was shite?
Thinking back, there were quite a lot on here who didn't think he was worth a bit of patience to allow him to learn and develop.

I wonder if any of those City fans will learn anything from that?.....Probably not.
Micah did,

i don't think anyone has ever doubted his physically ability, and the talent to play at cb or rb equally well ... but what impressed me a lot tonight, was his positional discipline. Sounds like a simple thing but it really drove home to me how much he has matured as a player.

edit: when i say talent I don't mean that he was always putting in good perfmances at cb or rb, but that he had the raw ability to do so.

Micah did,

I for sure was very frustrated with Micah for a while under Hughes for a potentially great player he had shown no signs of development and was really struggling for confidence. It was very frustrating knowing he had the ability but not seeing him show it.Thankfully since Mancini came in he has really come on as a player and taken his game to a whole new level.Nothing better than seeing a player who came through the academy leading out the team as captain.

It's Bob's big blunder of the season & has cost us immeasurably.

Micah was a better CB when he first played there as a kid years ago, than Savic will be when he's in his prime.

I've always thought that CB was Micah's true position, it's just that he's never had the chance to play there next to a quality, cool headed player who he could learn from. He was leaning from Richard Dunne, who just charges about in a state of confusion.

If he'd been playing next to a top quality CB earlier in his career, I recon he'd be nailed on there for England now & the best in the country. It's not natural for him to sprint up & down the wing, he has had to push himself to do it.

I've always beleived his best spot was CB, but this season he's been a fucking beast at fullback.

Maybe he's just brilliant period!
