FIX UP

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

FIX UP

Postby Nick » Sat Mar 24, 2012 7:33 pm

We have played this shite away from home for 6 months. Why is nothing changing?

Balotelli and Dzeko did nothing. Nasri the only player chasing and creating (Amazing that we are relying on a player who has been average for most of his season).

How Dzeko plays for city I will never know. Bob Taylor is more likely to score for us.

I'm angry. I thought we were over this sideways, patience, tippy tappy, wank wanky, ''I have ran out of ideas'' bollocks.

It means the wankers that are playing in the colours of my team should 'FIX THE FUCK UP' instead of bottling matches time and time again.

All the shaking hands at the end makes me feel ill. Does nobody want to win the league?

We were playing this way towards the end of our winning streak as well - I remember mentioning it in a match thread where we won 3-0 (can't remember who it was against though). We're playing continentally and we need to inject some Englishness (IE quicker pace for longer spells).

Before Chelsea sneaked a win, and definately before Munich and Napoli we were tearing teams apart with speed.

Now we cant take stoke players on.

We dont shoot enough.

Yes stoke did a job on us, but can anybody say they were not shite? Wilkinson etc. are fucking woeful and if they were half decent we would have lost.

I'm guessing it's a slang term for "Sort it out."

To me the book has to stop with the manager. Fu@king clueless, there's no way we'll win the league playing like this. There's no team mates making angles to pass to of the ball, so the movements wank, there's no fullback overlapping, the quality of balls into the box is shite and no f@@ker wants to shoot

I think we had enough chances today to have scored. Dzeko was almost unmarked for one of his headers and almost completely for another. Ballo should have lunged on Silvas cross/goal attempt. We've had plenty of scoring chances on other matches as well but have failed to convert them. Either it's Mancinis failure in not getting his strikers to focus enough or the strikers are letting Mancini down.

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

I have blamed the players up until now but Mancini should know what are problems are and that we won't just 'play ourselves out of it'.

Mancini also bought dzeko and balotelli - who obviouslt didnt work.

Tevez and Aguero are musts.

Yes, Howard Webb certainly had an impact.

Well spotted.

Webb gave them EVERYTHING. Barry was booked for winning the ball after he was fouled off it for example. The free kick at the end when yaya got booked, he passed the ball and then a stoke player ran into him and fouled yaya. They got a free kick and yaya got a yellow for complaining about it. Silva got elbowed in the face and...NOTHING.

Webb's a cheating cunt FACT.

ballotelli and dzeko cant play together they dont know where the other player is when on the ball. we need a partnership that can read each other, also it would be nice to attack teams with pace rather than tippy tappy football waiting for the opposition to get back and defend. we have no real pace out wide, sorry to say this but i think AJ will be gone in the summer i dont think hes kicked on as much as we thought he would!!
