Now, if anybody is still under the starry eyed illusion that this league is a fair league for all, when you look back at the end of the season, just cast your mind back to this game. We have a young Mr Oliver who is seen as the thrusting light within the refereeing world yet looking straight at a stonewall, yes stonewall, fails to take the appropriate action.

And this is why I won't complain if we don't quite make it, it's just too obvious now. Without the Blue Tints it looked a penalty from the off. From the second angle it was still a penalty and from the forward angle was a dead cert. Oliver bowed to Webb and Taggart and now he's another in my book.

I'll be watching City for City from now on and stop believing that we ever had a chance of winning the league this season. It was just too much to think that it would be a level playing field, especially in the 20th season of the modern game.

It's funny, but tonight was the first time down in my local that all the neutrals said the game was rigged and that it was a fucking disgrace...I couldn't believe it, I have been ranting on about the subtlety of the decision making giving the scum about six to nine points a year and that there in lies how they win leagues. Tonight it was on show for the world to see, strangely I actually felt vindicated because I called the outcome of the decision making ala giggs and the penalty before they happened.

Our day will come got to admit it looks as though it is not going to be this season now.
