All games - Gollum v Taggart.

One fucking win in all that time, home or away.

out of curiosity, what's our record against moyes?

Lost - 11

Won - 6

Drawn - 3

It skews the figures a bit as Everton have won 6 out of 8 in the last 4 years and we've only beaten them once (this season) since we we were robbed for Joleon Lescott in 2009.

Moyes is Taggart's biggest bum-boy, there's no way on this earth that he'll stand in the way of Taggart, as the article has already stated.

PS. The only saving grace is that Everton are just in front of Liverpool in the table and it would be a major coup if he could finish above them.

Did they not do a number on united in the run in 2 years ago when Chelsea won the league?

They sure did, again when they were fighting it our with Liverpool for a Europa League spot. Ended up a place and few points behind them.

Our fans havent dropped us off the pace, our players away form since November has done this on its very own.

I do not give a shit what Neville says. But he was asked a question and answered by echoing the sentiments of 99% of football fans.

Even if Everton beat United (they wont) that would mean we still have to win all our games between now and the end of the season. In this form I simply do not see this happening. That does not mean I am any less of a city fan than anyone nor do my sentiments on a message board make a blind bit of difference to how we play between now and the end of the season.

He is not bringing the game into disrepute, nor is he clearly throwing a game. Will our chances of winning the title rest on Everton winning at OT? Most certainly not. United dont need Neville and co to lie down to them to win the league. We are doing a nice enough job for them.

Out of interest. Is Mancini also bring the game into disrepute by claiming if the gap is 8 points on Sunday the league is over? By my reckoning, there will still be 18 point to play for.

Ted,

I mentioned this the other day in the Bruce thread. It happens year on year and quite a few can't see the correlation between the Rag comments and how they are received. They are experts in pulling the wool and grinding down fans with their constant bandment of what they want you to see but not hear. Everything out of the Swamp seems to have a subliminal message - focus on this while we pull the joker out of our arse - and goes a long way to putting fans on the backfoot when they play teams.

At the moment it's all about them and the Derby, telling other teams to get out of their way and trying to focus our minds on one game rather than the ones that are really important, all the rest. We fans have a vital roll to play during a game and the more the likes of these ex-Rags/Rags keep putting it out that it's all about one game, the more people start to believe their propoganda.

Anyway, fuck Neville, fuck Bruce, fuck Rooney, fuck Blackmore, fuck fucking Ferdinand, but most importantly, fuck United.

Well if half the comments on here are anything to go by, many fans are just going to sit there with their arms folded waiting for the players to impress them into giving a shit.

Therefore, we derserve to win fuck all.

If only one fan is screaming and shouting, that'll do me because, it will be me. I can't remember a game where I've not come back with a hoarse voice and don't envisage one anytime soon. The rest, they can do what they want but when we score the goals and win the games, that'll be all for me. I'll know it and the players will know it.

It's not about anything else but supporting the team, it's always been that way for me.

I stand corrected. Even though him and Heitinga defended like turds the other players, especially Jelavic and Fellaini were determined they weren't getting beat.

Both he & Gibson left the centre of their defence totally unprotected but it seemed as if even Neville was getting pissed off by Utd being Utd as the game went on!

Neville looked miserable at the end of the game as he walked off the pitch. All the other Everton players were quite the opposite.

I genuinely thought he purposely didn't defend that cross to the best of his ability and it was a very exaggerated "oh no they've scored" in the immediate aftermath.

Then I watched him closely at the likes of throw ins and onr in particular that not only could be, but needed to be, launched into the box, he threw blatantly to a scum player in a downward motion.

I honestly think he did his best to "aid" united.

The thought that he was playing at around 50% on purpose occurred to me in the first half but, even after Shrek's equaliser I was convinced that it was just my bias making me see things that weren't there. Then, after getting a round of applause from the swamp creatures, he threw the ball straight to Carrick and I was left in no doubt that he was dreading the idea of spoiling the party. As mentioned above, his face at the end told the story.

He passed the ball along the floor straight to their wide player from that corner flag area as well. In a rag shirt he would have leathered the ball 50 ft in the air, 50 yards down the pitch.

He also made no effort to protect their CB's for the goals, which is normally where you would expect a midfielder playing in his role to be.
