Easter Weeks Games

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Spurs are running about like fuck, playing with loasds of width & basically doing all the stuff we are moaning about City not doing, & losing at home to Norwich. Hilarious. Wonder what we'd be saying we were doing wrong and what we needed to do to solve it if it was us. Bring in Mancini some would say.

Who didn't enjoy that collision with Van Der Fart ?

Goals galore the last 20 minutes. Quickly flipped over to Everton-Sunderland and Newcastle-Bolton to check the scores, and it'd gone from 1-0 to 4-0 and 0-0 to 2-0 in no-time.

Newcastle level on points now. Pardew is doing a fantastic job there.

They'd say we should buy Cisse, Cavani, and who ever else is supposed to be the latest magic bullet to solve all of our problems.

But I'm loving Spurs demise at the moment. Good way to take out frustration at our own problems

Boooooooooooooo haha.

If they lose the cup semi, Spurs fans will suddenly realise what the rest of us have known all along: Harry Redknapp is an overrated, self centred, shitbag.

Incredibly impressed by Newcastle this season. I know today was an easy one but they have been superb throughout.

Pardew for manager of the season.

Congratulations to Chester FC back to back promotions after a 1:1 draw at home against Northwich in front of 5,009 fans - two years ago there was nothing there, now the fan owned club is something the whole of Chester should be proud of - BSN next season won't quite be as easy for a third back to back as there's some big non league clubs in there

Would be a silver lining to the season seeing that fat wrinkled cunt drop out of the CL places.

Well I've just tried to eradicate yesterdays' game from memory and been to watch FC Halifax Town at home against Boston United.

I feel as stressed now as before I went! 3 nil up and cruising, end up hanging on for a 3-2 victory that keeps them firmly in the play-off places of the Blue Square North.

Oh and I can also confirm that the standard of reffing at that level is as bad as, if not worse than what we've had to put up with recently

Anybody watching the Chelsea game? Just wondering what the penalty was given for as I missed the 1st half and the only shot I've just seen seems to indicate he fell over his own feet?

Two footed tackle. Very softly given, but also a very stupid challenge by Murphy.

I must've been watching a different incident and it's just said that Murphy asked the ref what the penalty was for and Clattenburg stated that it was not because of Murphy's challenge. Hopefully it will show it again later.

Cheers bud.

Also, I hear that Ivanovic punched a Wigan player at weekend yet not seen anything on it. If true, that would add insult to injury.

With spurs current form and Chelsea just being a bag of wank in general 4th isn't that far away from Newcastle.

That will be 2 of the old big 4 down and just 2 more to go.
