Not too early is it?

Just wondering if we are we going to see some form of a fightback tonight?

You've gotta love Roy Hodgson, such a gent:

Hodgson said: “They’ve done very well. Unfortunately for Roberto, there is some negativity surrounding them because they haven’t been able to keep the championship race going down to the wire.

“That is a bit of disappointment on everyone’s part. We were all hoping for a last-ditch battle between United and City to see who wins the championship.

“Now, with five or six games to go, it is pretty obvious it is going to be United, and congratulations to them.

“As a result City, who have made it such a fascinating battle and made life so hard for them, they are now not receiving the praise they deserve for keeping the fight going for as long as they have. Finishing second isn’t such a bad thing either. It’s a long while since City have finished second. You’ve got to go back to the Joe Mercer-Malcolm Allison days.”

When asked if Mancini had made progress, Hodgson said: “There is no question of that. It doesn’t matter whether you have a lot of money or no money to spend.

“You’ve still got to do the best job you can do with the players at your disposal. This year City have had a successful season because they look like finishing second in the Premier League.

“Any team who does that have had a good season. Whether or not that’s good enough for the owners in relation to the money they have spent, that’s not for me to talk about.”

fair play there to roy , we have had a good season and lets hope we can create an even bigger gap to the teams behind us, then all the pundits will be saying next season its between us and scum.its a bit dissappointing were looking like runners up but how far have we come, its incredible really.

I'm hoping for a clean sheet and for us to score 3-4 goals.
Lets regain our form and become the most exciting team in the premier league again.

Well, that's me ready to go and pick the lads up, let's hope for a good game tonight and more importantly a good result. I won't be bothering to see what's going on at the DW because if we're winning and the Rags aren't, Wigan will only get a player sent off or worse, a penalty thrown in as well.

So, nothing more to say but:

We are not out of it yet, mathematically we are hanging on. As Mancini said never say never in football. But, deep inside we really have a slim chance of winning it. We need Wigan to beat them today, and they haven't beaten them yet in the previous 13 PL games not even a draw! And they conceded 43 goals to go along the way.

Im bored of it. "We have to win our next 10 games" - Lose

"We have to win our next 9 games" - Lose
"We have to win our next 8 games" - Draw
"We have to win our next 7 games" - Draw
"We have to win our next 6 games" - Lose

See the pattern?

The players heads have gone.
