Frivolous Appeals

Postby CityGer » Thu Apr 12, 2012 4:47 pm

I though the FA had a rule that meant that appeals that were deemed frivolous could result in the original punishment being increased.

I've just read that Ivanovic's appeal has been rejected and that the original ban stands.

He fucking punched the lad, no ifs, no buts.

What is the point of having a rule if it's not enforced?

They are a fucking shambles and should be ashamed of the job they have done this week in dealing with the various disciplinary matters that have been put in front of them.

A fucking joke outfit. They've got some front to be having a pop at FIFA and UEFA with the state they're in.
we've got love bites and everything

Ivanovic's appeal was the most ridicilous of its kind in the history of appeals to the FA - should have been doubled.
