At least if Tom Daley gets injured, we've found his ideal replacement.

I realise one or two of you can't see this, so maybe don't bother posting because there's no mongs allowed in this thread.

Anyway, its killing the game for me. I've had my favourite season and my most frustrating and disillusioned season all in one go.

I'm pretty confident the gulf will be even bigger than it already is between us and them next season and if it is it will be just too much for cheating to make up the difference.

Such a real shame.

Not for one second did I expect anything but a scum win but to get a pen so early for a dive like that is beyond a joke.

And the commentary is just beyond cringeworthy. Bad passes don't get mentioned, bad tackles are unlucky, shots that go for a throw in are attempts to get the ball back across but anything half decent is apparently world class.

This is my feelings I expected them to win today but the fact this is happening AGAIN and AGAIN is getting beyond the joke now. How can nobody who actually gets paid to see these things see it is beyond me. There's obviously something going on here that's shady and it needs to be stamped out before the Premier Leagues reputation goes down the swanny.

Can you imagine the back pages tomorrow if that had been Mario diving? I'd lay odds now that there will be no mention of it whatsoever.

Two home matches in a row, what a complete disgrace and just adds more ammunition to the conspiracy theories.

Baconchops on the Ashley Young penalty incident: " "I think he played for the penalty. He has definitely taken a fall, it was a dramatic fall and he overdid it but it's a penalty definitely, no doubt about it."

The dive gets worse when you have another look after having not seen it for a while. Truly awful stuff.

It's not even a decent quality con job, or a clever exploitation of contact, it's just an obvious, blatant, badly executed piece of cheating.

Good enough to fool the referee. Unless the ref didn't need fooling, but that couldn't possibly happen. Could it?

Atleast if they cheat against everton they are likely to take offence at it and fuck Valencia or someone up as punishment. which will be nice to watch.

Surely it's only a matter of time before an aggrieved team marches off the pitch and stops the game in protest

don't know if anyone is watching the chelsea-spuds cup game, but the ref just made another appalling decision to call a goal when the ball never even got close to the line

Watching the cup semi too. Shocking decision, only funny part is its gone against arry. Spurs back in it. On topic, when is video evidence going To be used to combat this cheating? Young is now a serial offender and needs dealing with.

Happened in Romania recently I think. Happens quite a lot. In countries where corruption is rife. Cant happen here. Yeh right. Didn't the goalie refuse to face a pen in protest?...might have been posted on here actually.

Not the first dive by young and won't be the last if nothing is done. Bet the scholes tackle won't be back page news tomoz either. Over the top of the ball and its just passed off as a typical scholes tackle

Dealing with? Just have a look at the Derry decision to see how it's dealt with.

I told myself I would not watch the match, but tried to anyway, took 7 minutes to ruin my entire afternoon.

Dive for Penalty Scoreboard:
A Young - 8
L Suarez - 5
T Walcott - 4

I have yet to find a table of all the pens awarded, but I suspect Young has been award more than most teams combined. I guess on the brightside it will change as refs get wise to him. Of course that will only happen when he leaves scum. Sad state of officiating.
