I can see them causing Barca a hell of a lot of problems at set pieces etc but I don't know how they can cope with Barca on the ball.

Also, I kind of agree with Mourinho, that no matter what Chelsea do, the officials will make sure Barca get to the final.

i can't see Chelsea causing barca any problems , chelsea are crap. they need bent referees to get anything in the pl. cl against barca ? no chance

Well that's not what I said is it ?

They probably won't need them at all, but if they do, there's a fair chance they will get them, just like they did when they played Chelsea in the past.

Lost in translation or what ?

1st set piece= absolute carnage in Barca's 6 yard box.

what a ball from Lamps to Ramires, great control from Ramires, and a sublime cut back by Ramires.

The cut back wasn't sublime. Was sloppy and lucky to get through to drogba.

I do like Ramires though. He would be a great understudy for yaya.

Unbelievable.
Always remember us playing them a few years back at COMS, when the Dunnymonster tackled him in the area (perfectly fairly BTW) and Drogba just lay in the middle of the box for a good five minutes, to the sound of the whole stadium chanting "cheat, cheat"

Just not clicking for Barca tonight, happens to the best. When it happens to us this board screams Mancini out. Eez normal.

If that was balo could you imagine the stick he'd get from the press? Drogba does it every game! Pisses me off that he's allowed to get away with it when it's so blatent

It's not fair to put it down to barca not playing well. Chelsea have set up right and led them down blind alleys all game long. Kept the shape and stepped back, kept the shape and stepped back and then BOOM push out. The mighty barca made to look completely average by route 1 football.
