Tevez is what the team needed, at least until the defences figure out how to stop him.

Bit of a silly thing to say, wasn't it?

Yes it was, but who knows, maybe it brought a good fortune. ;)

Well, well, well, who'd have thunk it :)

Looks like United were chasing that goal difference that Taggart has been mentioning every game and left themsleves open at the back. Good to see Everton take their chances and show how vulnerable United are at the back.

Concentrate on our game now, fuck their shit, let's get these 3 points.

I'm in such a joyful mood that I prefer to say everyone works his superstition at his own, Mate... :-)

IF SOMETHING REALLY OTT DON?T HAPPEN - I MEAN SOMETHING LIKE PUTIN DECLARING WAR TO UK - IT'S ONLY CITY TO LOSE THE TITLE NOW. AND IF THIS HAPPENS, I WILL JOIN THE CARL'S "LET's FUCK OFF MANCINI PARTY"... because now the manager must get all the CLUB to fly the MIGHTY BLUE FLAG.

This is now where we find out if the players have learnt from the last couple of months. Clam up now and they throw a good finish to the season.
There is a good chance the lads will know the result - unless Bob has banned radios, phones, internet, random passers-by.

So what will they be thinking? I hope for fucles sake they blank it, ignore it and stay on the tack of finishing the season their way playing football the way they want to looking at next season. I do not think that it easy for one minute to re-tune your head to really truly convince yourself that it doesn't matter what happened earlier, but whatever it takes I hope that each of our players does that and gets to the place where they are 100% convinced that they are just going out to play Wolves and enjoy trying to win the game.

This is why I'm so glad Tevez is around. Not that I think he'll be immune to pressure but that his response is usually to go fucking apeshit, pile forward & score goals. If he does, he'll drag the other strikers with him & in that case, we will be difficult to stop.

One major bonus from today: if we beat Wolves, there's no mathematical way they can win the title at the Etihad.

#WWFC v #MCFC: Team line up - Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy, Barry, Yaya Toure, Silva, Nasri, Aguero and Tevez.

Wolves XI: De Vries, Foley, Stearman, Bassong, Ward, Kightly, Davis, Henry, Jarvis, Edwards, Fletcher

yeah spot on, the little fucler is good at that getting stuck in whatever the weather. It isn't just that he will drag the strikers up either, he will lift the whole team by example. What do you do when getting nervous - get stuck in and enjoy the fun.

Small addition to this is that with all that has gone on he has come in both contrite and hungrier than ever to prove himself. he is trying really hard but also being a team player... that is pretty fucling good at this moment.

Question: Is it possible that we needed all that shit to happen for Tevez to come down to earth and realise that he was a footballer in a team ?

I think he just does what's required. He has Aguero so he just plays next to or around him like he would for Argentina. Stick him next to Adebayor, Dzeko or Balotelli & he'll see himself as the most important player & try to do it all.
