Almost identical.

If we can see that having a wide player and centre forward could make such a difference to Barca in these situations, it's amazing they can't see it but they don't seem to like having a centre half either so perhaps it's a religious thing...

Barca very much reminded me of City on a day when we're struggling to break teams down. Sunderland and Swansea sprang to mind.
Started off wanted Barcelona to win, but fair play to Chelsea for working them out.
Once teams are set up it's very difficult to break down. the two goals scored came when Chelsea lost the ball trying to come out leaving them disorganised briefly.

City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

TBF, alves usually fills that wide slot, but he was fairly shit this tie. he is IMO their 2nd most impt player. when he's on, they are clicking, and when he's not, they look narrow and a bit toothless.

Yeah but Alves hardly ever gets off a conventional cross like a proper wide player & when he eventually does, nobody is there to get on the end of it because they're all stood on the edge of the box waiting for the customary move.

So,when City become the best in the world as is either Barca or Real, then will you be "sick of us getting so much attention"?

Yay, get in, Barca score their first.

Yay, Chelsea won. And no I wont be sick of City at all .

Had to piss myself with entertainment of a Turkish client and the usual Spurs supporting notlob from Fenchurch st., Lnd. so I saw fuck all bar a 5' highlights which means nwt.
very brave and well done by Chealsea, despite the Terry twat and delighted even just at the idea of RdM delivering the Chumps up to Moaninho arse!

Still I cant make my mind at what I saw at el Clasico from Pep. A subtle gut feeling that he was far from sneady.
Tello in for Pedro/Sanchez... constantly trying to pass through Arbeloa in the last 3 yards of the left far box, the experience of the former Arsenal leader on the bench for a hugely promising youngster in bocoming...

mmhh..... as already said in the relevant thread, I struggle to assess the latest Barca performances basing purely on what seen on the pitch. extremely weird, imho.

also many, many thanks to Noolie for sharing Ratface orgasm! amusing.

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!

Maureen did it with inter vs barca the other year. There is a way to beat them, it just seems slur is the only one who hasnt really worked it out yet
