Clichy has to be the best leftback in the prem this season surely? And we have the two best rightbacks too. So many good performances tonight (esp. the fullbacks, Lescott, Nasri, Barry) I have to give it to Vinnie for scoring though (and for his wildman run afterwards).

My initial post was at just after the first half, plenty of shout outs to the rest of the TEAM :)

Carrying on from Soc's theme of songs/videos, here is one I (think) I posted after the 1-6?

Somewhere between Zabba and Nasri, but Kompany obviously deserves a mention.

Lesco was solid too. After Vinnie got that early yellow, Lesco stepped up and took care of Shrekie.

Zabba for me, one of the finest and guttiest performances in a city shirt.

Clichy just behind, the form he's in the season doesn't want to end.

Special mention to Yaya who was magnificent seccond half and played them on his own at times!

true team performance!

oh and a mention to the bloke who had kompany last goal at 40-1 managing to keep it together!

Zab for me. Absolutely fantastic and must have ran about 70 miles up and down the touchline. Barry a close second. Clichy also great. In fact, they all were, but Zab king of the castle

The more replays of the game I see the more I realise how good Lescott was.Amazing really that he hasnt got more mentions for MotM but that just shows how good all the others were.

I'm so glad others saw Zabs as the MOTM. Nasri deserves a mention too.

Totally agree. Times I often wonder if folk are watching the same game as me or understand positional sense, winning the ball, holding possession and distribution which to me Gareth Barry does better than the succesful Didi Hamman who gave us good service after success with Liverpool.

When Lescott joined he appeared over awed by the quality of players around and took time to settle. Similarly this season with Clichy and Nasri who are only now showing their potential. Mancini is right in looking at team performances whilst encouraging individuals.
