One of the main problems regarding Spain`s economical problems are around that news. I think there was a public debate with Mariano Rajoy, their prime minister and he was asked how he is going to solve this, thinking that Barca & Real are in top 10 important things in Spain.

La Liga started the season with 6 clubs in administration, including the 3 promoted clubs, but there are no penalties for doing so.
Barcelona will be bailed out by a Catalonian Bank and Real Madrid will be bailed out by the Spanish government. I don't expect we'll be picking up Messi and Higuin on the cheap!
