Will they be showing the game in city square for those of us without tickets or do we have watch it in the pub? As the game is on TV there are no infringements on showing the game live.

Mentioned on another thread but I understand there's no chance of the game being shown in City Square.
Police will not allow several thousand extra fans in the area for the duration of the game as well as 48,000 inside the ground.

But wouldn't it be easier to manage if they had everyone with no ticket In athletics stadium rather than running round the stadium trying to double up on turnstiles

I'll be in London during the match. Are there any radio stations I can pick up on an iPod or my phone (FM only) that will have the match on? I really want to cheer loudly at Stamford Bridge at the wrong time.

Absolute FM I think are covering on 105.8, check out their web site?
Can you not get web access or even get to a pub? Failing that if you are working, phone someone from a speaker phone and get them to put their handest close to a tv or mw radio? Ways and means surely? P.s. I feel for you if not :(

If you download the Tune In Radio app on your iPod or iPad and have web access you can listen to 99% of UK radio stations on there inc. BBC Manc. Top app

I would have thought a big screen in town would be good but as the rags are the main competition, the authorities would not entertain the thought of having to police the potential trouble.

Iv got tickets for the game but my family are comin up and watching it in Mary D's. Do they usually put up a projecter or something for big games as those tvs they have in there ent really up to it imo. Will The Eastlands be open as I heard it got a short ban? Also, has the Townley and The Manchester got screens as Iv never noticed before.

I would say no reason not to head over to city square after the game if your watching in a local boozer, should be a buzz
Also, nowt wrong with watching it in tpwn and getting a taxi down at full time as there will be no traffic on way to the ground

Ill prob do that, meet them back at City Square. I cant see it being an easy task gettin back into Mary d's at fulltime to meet back up with them.

spoken like a true Frenchman. How about you ask your country to give you your balls back so that you can avoid a farmer's strike/barricades/communists, etc?

City Just said on their twitter page only fans with tickets will be allowed in City Square. Seems a bit harsh if you ask me.

It does seem harsh and will only encourage some people to try and sneak in the ground.

Sounds like a pub in town is the best bet if you haven't got a ticket. What have we? the Lass? The Waldorf? any others?
