They'll pipe ' We are the Champions ' by Queen through the PA at louder volume than Ted Nugent at the Free Trade Hall, followed by Tina Turner then Hey Jude & Oasis .

Haha! So true.

I love the 'connectivity' the club has with its fans, but over the course of the season we've had some real cheesy moments.

I thought One Step Beyond after the Chelsea game was brilliant though, as was Hey Jude after Rags.

Whatever happens - as long as its a City win - i dont think we'll care too much about what gets sang.

A truly stinking rag song that if memory serves was some sort of nod towards the French Dog Turd.
It should be avoided.
Thankyou.

French dog turd? Anyone singing that in French would be actually singing. Champions, champions, milk, milk, milk! :-)

It's not French.
It's bloody stupid.
But I'm sure they adopted it at that time with him in mind.

My prediction, "Premier League Theme" through loudspeakers in ear drum busting volume makes it fucking meaningless what supporters may or may not be singing.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Knowing the rags, you're probably right. Pinch a tune from Spain & sing it, in Spanish, for a Frenchman..

Truly hope all these threads are not tempting fate.

I have been hanging back posting something that has been in the back of my mind now for a while - just because whilst I am really curious - I do not want to tempt fate!!!

We should be very very careful - Mancini has played it down big time - so should we!!! Only a few days to go

Don't celebrate. If you do then dont say this and don't do that.

Fuck off we can do whatever we want and we DESERVE to celebrate after what we have all been through and we DESERVE to do it in the most horrendous horrible nasty arrogant way possible because we have been through the worst and had every second of it rammed in our faces by those twats and i have absolutely NO, NONE, ZERO, ZILCH, NADA intention of being the "bigger man" or showing "class".

This!!.. if ashton wants to run through the grounds naked Adebayor style so be it... impecabble my ass, this is history!

My only issue is I fucking hate that champioooones song. But people can do what the fuck they want and enjoy it now or later.

I'm relaxed for the weekend so far. Not counting my chickens but quietly confident
