That's my design and my IDEA and you are bang out of order nicking it when I am selling stuff with it (t-shirts being currently designed) on in my opinion.
I actually copyrighted my design yesterday but just by chance rather than to "enforce" it.
I don't think you should be selling stuff with my idea on

I'm not even whoring it and trying to cash in, just trying to make a few quid towards my wedding.

To the other poster above, the mug is £5.99 and you are quite welcome to collect by all means.
Just a shame royal mail put their prices up before we won the league!
I'm adding a few pence if that to the p+p

Thanks

Winston

Mate. Given that the Rags have had the 'Champ19ons' thing going for ages, you can't claim intellectual copywrite on something so universally obvious as an alternative. Just sayin. You'll sell enough to make a few bob enough for your wedding I'm sure. Don;t piss on the chips of fellow blues.

You can easily get in touch with the original designer on Bluevibe. Just ask for Winnie, he's bluer than blue - and happy to help out a blue mate.

Spread the love - alfons xx

Alfons you know us better. A PM would suffice instead of the drama. No need for it, no-one was trying anything and it was a celebration of a cracking idea.

So good luck with your wedding fund whoever you are. But thats the last time i will bother mentioning it.

universally obvious

Postby Jabblue » Wed May 16, 2012 10:51 pm

ah yes, so obvious there were how many banners with it on?

and was unique enough to feature on enough world wide tv coverage to make Mcdonalds happy.

as i said in the original post why not have your own ideas rather than rip off others

Mate I'm not being a cunt about it and pissing on any chips of any blues

I made the banner because I wanted to see it hung over the stand when VK made my dream come true
I wasn't planning on selling owt until I got asked by loads of people for mugs and shirts etc

I got asked because I designed (or thought of) it. I've now
Spent a few quid getting bits made up because of requests
I'm not Alan f*ckin sugar but i also should get the credit for it rather than be OUT of pocket
