Chelsea will give us a competition in the transfer market now ... them losing would have suited us, now it's just going to drive the prices up with them also offering a shot at champions league ... plus chances of spurs buying adebayor at a decent price kind of went down. Chelsea playing in Europa would also have given us less competition for premier league next season but now they'll spend big this summer and will probably be out main competitors instead of the scum next season. Hmmm ... I'm wondering why so many blues wanted them to win?

Bollocks will it Roman will have to give Di Matteo the job now and he wont give him a pot of cash and instead tempt the old guard to crack on again thinking not much is wrong.

Good times.

They do have a trip to Japan now in the thick of the December fixture pile-up. Also the Super Cup to contest on a PL matchday weekend. Suits us.

Well done to RDM, did the unthinkable and made Chelsea the best team in Europe. If I was him, I would leave whilst on a high and go to Liverpool or Villa. There's nothing more he can win now that he's won the CL (no chance in hell of winning it next year as well).

P.S: West Brom must feel like absolute fools for sacking RDM!

Thought that Bayern would pull it off but was pulling for Chelsea all the way. Glad a Premier League
team won it. Poor Spurs ....

Well done to Chelsea but not their fans at the game, who were useless.

Couldn't believe it when all those flags appeared at the end. Where the fuck were they hiding them ?

It's a good job Harry's dog is already dead.

Was rooting for Chelsea all night so I'm glad they won it. I have to say I'm not surprised, there were lots of signs that thsi would be their year, how they came back from a 3-1 loss against Napoli, then how they went past Barcelona with Messi missing a penalty and all the posts Barcelona hit in the two ties, then last night all the chances Bayern fluffed and Drogba equalising right after the Munichs scored, and of course the penalty save in extra time.

When the game went to penalties I was sure Chelsea would win it, although Mata's error from the spot did threaten their victory.

I've watched some rag fans reactions on BBC and SS sites and they were "fantastic". Almost every comment talked about how unfair football is, how Spurs deserved the Chumps place because they beat u 2 years ago and how Arry deserved more that Chealsea.

Found myself actually celebrating when chelsea scored. Some proper cunts in that team but drogba has been one of my favourite players and i think with his talent it would of been a shame for him to end his career without a CL winners medal. The thought of DM lifting the CL trophy was piss funny aswell as cahill getting a winners medal. Couldnt make this stuff up.

Plus spurs can fuck right off. There must be a video of twitchy during the shootout somewhere.

Even if that was true, given his huge importance for our team I wouldn't raise an eyebrow.

He is. I'm still pleased that he wasn't in the starting line-up against us in March!!
and I have to say I am pleased for Drogba that he won the champions league, he's a great player and he deserved it imo and now he can join Le Sulk in China
