Wow! I'm completely gobsmacked.

The shite that has been posted on here in the last 48 hours or so is truly remarkable

I can only assume that as a breed, Internet forum football fans have a very different make up to normal fans

No wonder so many great posters give up on here

If you can't be completely and utterly giddy about everything that has happened in the last few years, especially the last few weeks, then you are a strange fan indeed.

Taken him half the time to win the league as it did SBF at the swamp and SBF had at least the same relative spending power! 89points is a huge total, without ridiculous luck/dodgy officialdom the suddenly silent neighbours would have been nowhere near. We did lose Kompany at a crucial stage,we did have the ANC tocontend with and it's aftermath- events there clearly took their toll on Yaya for a few weeks after! We came back from that and finished the season with a superb winning run to take the title. And then we have clowns doubting the manager. Not just schoolboy journalists on crappy little sites but supposedly grown men on here who should fucking no better.

Socs - hope you do not mind me just copying your response - saves me writing a tirade!!

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion - that is what the forum is for - but FFS some people seem so fucking negative - they could become the same as the arrogant scum fuckers expecting to win all before them and shallow as fuck.

For me what I have seen with Mancini is a most ruthless streak which is why I am confident that he will go on to win many things for CITY.

He was ruthless in his style of play in 2010/11 because,IMO, he was focussed on his personal targets and then at the start of the 2011/12 season he showed how he can play expansive football. Then as things came along to rock the boat he was singularly minded in the way he dealt with them. Yes we had a wobble (and having been to all those wobble game I still have the view that the officials were influential) - but that can and normally does happen. Yes it nearly cost us the title - but the way we came back to win the last 6 games was very credit-worthy even given the stress of the last day.

I really really think that from here that we will kick on big style and leave the scum twats in our wake and baconface realising his big mistake in not retiring a year ago

Of course Bobby Manc made some few mistakes such as Balotelli's too weak disciplinary control or the too long use of Savic.
But how an opinionist could criticize a squad so powerful, so agreable, so full of massive young players like City actually is? Would anybody else be able to win so many titles in only 2 years and a half? Mourinho? Oh that boring boring bigmouth Portuguese ...
From Torino, Italia to Manchester, Lancashire this City is always our City!

I vented my feelings prior to the 7 game winning streak and said at the time that IF Mancini went for it and even if we came second he would have my support for next season.

He did more than that , he won in style..and in a way that Hurt the scum more than we could ever of imagined hurting them in a million years.

I live in Latin America and if you read or listen to reporters that are based over here you will find that Man City was watched and cheered by every football fan of other clubs like you wouldnt believe...amazing.

Mancini has been rightly critiized during the season but he got it right at the end...when it mattered.

So no...no disapointment at all.

I am getting bored of Carl being turned into a Aristotle.
I snub FB thus I can't track him hunting for the Rags on there, but I'm seriously missing the Original ***** General and can't wait for the new season to begin.

Just to let you all know, the sea-side was lush. Lots of sun, sand, and sea. The Fish and Chips was lovely, the Ice Cream's were drippy and the Puppy Slush was mind numbing.

Only one Rag shirt in sight as well, real bonus.

Yes I do....often!

Mancini managed to fuck it up through his negativity. We only started going out playing to win again, once he had no choice but to do that. Do I really believe that he will have seen the light and realise we are at our best when we go to shit on teams? That is what I'm not convinced of and where my concerns lie.
Truth is, he made a dog's egg of our title chase and got thrown an unexpected lifeline.

But winning the League is winning the League when all is said and done.
I'll give him til November ;-)

Wow.
That is really really bad post. I wouldn't even know where to start.

You moaned and whined about him ever since he has been here. It's hard to stumach after FA Cup win but after league title..... look, at some stage you just got to stop digging and admit you were wrong about him.

Only few months back you were saying something along the lines "most people around me are not satisfied with Mancini". What are those people saying now?
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Going into injury time losing to QPR a straw poll of those around me would probably have shown summat like 50/50 on sacking/keeping him.
Hey I've never been totally sold on him. I still have misgivings now. But I give credit where it's due and he won us the League. So fair play to him.
I don't mind admitting when I'm wrong about football btw, it happens loads. I thought Vuoso was gonna come good!

1. There is no manager in the universe who doesnt make fuck ups on a regular basis - thats the nature of football
2. You can have 40 shots against none and still lose a game to an own goal - shit happens

What I dont understand is why the premier league clubs pay 7 figure salaries to these show pony managers when they could get half a dozen fans to do the job for free - the internet ones seem to be the best

Piccs,
Sacking them is easy Mate....replacing them is more difficult.

Is the negative Mancini you post about, the same negative Mancini that increased our goals for tally from 60 in 2011, by over half that figure again to 98, whilst also managing to balance the books with a better defensive record.

The same negative Mancini that saw City not only win the League, but increase our points total by 18pts?

The same Mancini whose man management skills caused him to rule over such a breakdown of team spirit that City only managed to fight until the very last seconds of the season, when most felt all was lost.

Should I go on?......
I KNOW THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU THINK I WROTE, BUT I AM NOT SURE YOU REALISE THAT WHAT YOU READ IS NOT WHAT I MEANT
