Only two names of interest there are the two offers which you note...Juan Roman and Omar Ellabdolaauaaiiai....I know quite a few rate Omar on here and I think we've all seen/heard that Juan Roman has something.
Whether he might be thinking/sensing that he is clearly behind Denis Suarez in the pecking order for a similar role (which also ultimately sits behind Silva and Nasri) and he should look at alternative options is possible but hopefully he'll stay on board and learn his craft with some of the best and back his own talent

there is the small mystery of why Razak Nuhu, Jose Pozo and Bradley Robinson don't appear on either the retained or released lists and why the following scholars aren't included:
Angus Gunn
Ashley Smith-Brown
Dominic McHale
Jack Byrne
Marcos Lopes
Gabriel Almeida
Mathias Bossaerts

Are you sure they are scholars? As far as I understand there are lads in youth team who are only members of team without official "schoolboy terms".
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I'm curious about seeing how Devante Cole develops, think he's about 16 now? I used to sit next to a family who were friends of or lived near the Cole's and they said even then (at 12-13) he was monstrously tall and talented. His dad may be a cretinous rag prick and woeful rapper, but, he wasn't half bad in his pomp.

I'm glad Rasnak has been retained - every club needs an Albert.

As dirty as it is, people forget Cole was
our top scorer one season...
Cole was undeniably a talented player, will be very interested to see if his son makes the same grade.

Caught a few mins of him playing a legends match for them at Madrid the other night.
He pulled off an unbelievable spin and chip to set up a goal.
I turned it off in disgust.

According to football manager his contract is up next summer. I doubt he'll be on the retained list next year

Barcelona B are sniffing around Joan Angel:
http://www.sport.es/es/noticias/barca/b ... el-1882606Basically it says he is one of their priorities as he can play in any midfield position and kick with either foot. The question is whether City will make it easy for him to move to Barca.

Apparently its now a done deal, we offered him a deal, but he turned to down to go to Barca, can't really blame the kid being Spanish and all.
