Good sense, except I'd go for a right-footed version and play him on the right with Johnson on the left.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Strong rumours about us signing Argy right winger Rodriguez from Chile.

I think Bob could actually turn Bale into another Silva/Nasri type player who floats accross the pitch, going wide on both sides. He's been working for a tactical spastic for the past few years at Spurs.

Cheers. I didn't know that. Is he any good?

I'd still keep Johnson.

if we feel compelled to divert to an "option b" purchase against all odds - which I don't - I rather consider Mario Goetze instead.
I would feel freak if we should splash something like 30+ m quids for the Chimp, also.

He's been showing signs this last season that he's developing the central aspect of his game (Bale obviously, not The Triffic One) so he could very well become a Silva/Nasri.

I took Goetze off my list when he signed a new contract with Dortmund and Lavezzi looks like joining PSG so another deletion coming there. If 'Arry moves to our Sheik's other club in AD I think we may have to learn to love the Bale Boyo. My bet is still on Muller as a swap for Dzeko though - not that he would be my first choice (Angel Di Maria - who definitely isn't likely.)

always in agreement, Sir.
deffo not a censure of THE list.
my point was just and still is: from where we stand, if we cant get the rare gem we want, I better save money, void the last argument to Twatini & the media, develop the technical wealth we already enjoy and await for the next option "a" to come (next season or whenever will be).
My dream take is on Munian, now.
But I would not rule out an agreement on Goetze, irrespectively of the contract renewal: it had already happened that a player grateful to his Club sign a contract to allow them to cash the proper money.
