I believe you are out at the group stage if you don't win this. Just a hunch.

It's crying out for a substitution - I hear Henderson is warming up ready to save us...

This is precisely the same crap boring football he got Finland playing when he was in charge only with better players. Thought he might make England play bit more positive football but no. You might get some results with this but you will never win anything nor dominate international football.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

How the fuck is Henderson on the field when England could have had Sturridge or AJ?! This game is calling out for either of those

AJ doesn't suit his game plan whihc is to always have 9 players behind the ball. Two players can roam 60 yards away from rest of the players.

This can't be so deliberate from the referee?

According to everyone and his brother we don't have the players to play exciting open football anyway.

just for balance france is a bit shit as well people....

if i were a *true* England fan, i'd rather get the 3 or 4 points i'm probably going to scrape in this group with something a little more ambitious.
